I'm very worried about my next two games. VT and Miami both have better rosters than me and very good offenses.

Wow.

With 3:00 left I'm down 10 and I get the ball.

I manage to get in the endzone on that had my RB come out of the backfield on a fade route and he was WIDE open for 44 yards.

So now I'm down 3 with 2:12 left.

VT gets the ball, runs in to the line for 3 yards.

Time out.

VT runs a couple of more yards, Holding Penalty.

So they face 2nd and 17, I do not call a timeout.

They run the ball again, get a couple of yards, call a timeout.

So there's about 1:20 left, 3rd and long, I have one timeout left.

They throw the ball on a short route and my ballhawk senior saftey snags it and takes it for a TD!

Wow.

But wait, they get the ball back and just freakin drive down the field.

They're on my 8 or 9.

2nd down.

Pass to the endzone.

Dime CB Picks it off! 101 yards for the TD!

They manage a 70 yard screen pass, but the extra TD gives us the cushion to pull of the huge upset, come behind victory over the #5 team in the nation!!!

Rutgers gets the easy win over UTEP 48-7, but I lost my best offensive player (HB Robinson) for the rest of the season. I was a little worried about their offense, but my defense stepped up and forced 5 turnovers.

A&M beats down Syracuse by a final of 52-3. We play our final game of the year next week against Texas. If all goes well we will have two weeks to rest up for the Big 12 championship game.

USF beat Cincinnati 42-35 in a game that featured terrible defenses. We're still undefeated in conference, with Connecticut left to play. I smell Oranges!

Exhilarating game, it sounds like. It's one of those where if it were an inferior (or evenly matched) opponent, it would be maddening. Since it was, on paper, a superior team, it feels almost transcendent.

Definitely. It's also one of those games where early in the 4th when they pulled ahead by multiple scores that I was ready to say, "well crap, here we go again".

But yeah - that team has a TON of talent.
