Proposed Conference/Division Alignment

I had two main goals here:

Euro divisions in opposite conferences
Mimic in-game conference structure as much as possible

Meeting those two goals wasn't as easy as I would have thought. Here's how it was done:

AC North=Northern European
AC South=Southwestern
AC East=Mid-Atlantic
AC West=Midwest

NC North=Northeastern
NC South=Southern Europe
NC East=Southeastern
NC West=Western

If folks are agreeable to this setup, then we can begin the process of choosing conference presidents immediately after we get a commish chosen. Obviously, we can change the conference names if we'd like. Here's how it looks:

It seems odd to have Beijing in the West , but I guess that's what comes right after the far East...

To make a better fit in the NC West, assuming its okay to do so after the vote, I'll change from Beijing to Mountain View (CA) and be the Mountain View Spiders. San Jose will be the in game city.

Well, not if you make the USA the centre of the world. Which was part of my suggestion to make 4 European-only divisions. I kinda thought a Chinese team in the West division would be funny. I guess it wasn't...

Curacao, as the sole international in my division should have to pay for all of their divisional compatriots travel to Curacao. May that please be reflected in the constitution and this could be renumerated by the GM buying the GMs of the other teams hatd, t-shirts, helmets etc. when those are created.

With a nick name of the Admirals, you'll get an easy choice: either your team travels by boat or you get no compensation.
