Combining PDF files?
Is there a reliable freeware program that can combine multiple pdf files into one? I'm trying to combine over 500 pages from dozens of files into one large pdf file.

IIRC you can do that with PDF 995 as well. It should be an ad-supported freebie (just pops up a small ad when you use it) unless something has changed.
