PB, any thoughts on the late vote movement?

I regret that Martin will have left without a chance to comment on why he made the vote non-decision he did. But I still think in the end, given the other choices at the moment, that this was the logical decision. He made the most suspicious move.

I just don't see a wolf going completely AWOL on a vote. Never say never, but hardly ever, I would think. Especially with communication abilities with the other wolves. But two of my more trusted, dubb and hoops, are both on USFL. :shurgs:

I probably stared at hoops' post a good minute or two trying to find a good and safe comeback, and I failed.

Well, when I say more, I mean "very slightly above neutral". I have an in-game reason, but it's fleeting. It's not role based. And if it was, I could still talk about it, because this is the Land of the Role Reveal.

Yeah CR- If Martin turns up bad, I would guess that we saw a wolf or two jump in to nail him (would look at the last two or three Martin D votes).

I also would like somewhere in the run that dubb was able to drive on USFL for a wolf, as they would've had to make a gut/instinct call and at least one probably jumped.

I would doubt USFL is a wolf but we've let a lot of people get away the last two or three games with missing votes that a wolf may finally have tried it (although I think everyone from previous games was good). I trust dubb, Hoops still throws me so I wouldn't mind seeing an eventual scan there by dubb.

I, like Hoops, was surprised that lerriuqs didn't get more of a look, particularly as a means to get more info on last night's vote. But he was around and active so I think he gets a pass there.

Considering I was one of the middle votes, I'd probably be just as likely to be a wolf as Danny or Tyrith (I think those were the two other votes). I don't really feel I've done anything to gain or lose trust at this point so I don't really understand why you think I'm more likely then those two.

I also feel that lack of movement yesterday suggests it's very likely both Lerriuqs and DaddyTorgo are good guys.

I would hope hoops and squirrel are at or near the top of our respective seers' lists. The rodent for the info, hoops because, well, it's hoops.

You rouse Martin from his bed and inform him his presence can simply no longer be tolerated amongst your kind. "But I am your kind." It makes no difference to the crowd at that point. Yet another loyal V.I.L.L.A.G.E.R. had been forced to leave the convention

In better news you feel that dubb is the sort that can not only tell the truth but possibly spot the liars among you and so you make him your "seer".

Yeah, well, it was like I said at the time, more a process of elimination. It wasn't really anything you did overtly, but that the others did that made me inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt, thus leaving you. Not exactly a hard and fast evidentiary trail, I admit.

Well, crap. Knew it was a little too over the top (his nonvotes), but I didn't really feel we had much else to go on. Hindsight blah blah blah.

Martin's gonna be annoyed when he gets up. Sorry Martin.

Night actions ('cause the day sucked, maybe this will be better):

I will scan from my list

Dubb will scan from his list

I recommend that the 'other' seer scan CR for comparison

I will protect dubb

BG will protect me

Am I missing anything?

I think in retrospect, what's funny is that both Martin and USFL were of interest because they didn't vote, and I chose to go after the active one who chose not to vote, as opposed to the not voting via "unknown" (likely to be some form of apathy as the reason).

I think you got it. I would definitely submit that the other seer (PB's counterpart, not dubb) scan me to test his results.

CR, thanks for backing this up. I feel 'pushy' when I recommend what other people do with their actions (even saying BG protect me) but I think it's a good plan.

Heh, well keep in mind, it is self-serving. I want to be cleared as much as anyone. Or at least we can determine the value of your scans.

That said, it's a sound plan as presented.

To be fair, his inactivity directly related to him living overseas. I think what he most likely will need to consider for himself was the decision to make an active non-vote decision in his last post before leaving. He clearly underestimated the reaction that would bring.

By the way, not sure if it's been said, but it might be a good idea for dubbs to scan USFL tonight. It could provide more insight into the late vote changes.

I think Dubbs doing it is a better idea since there is only a 50/50 chance (if PurdueBrad is telling the truth) that PB is the real seer.

Thanks Danny, seems we have had trouble getting accurate vote counts posted lately.

I think Dubb scanning USFL is a good idea, though there are other choices which would be good too.
