Hey, I love Boomer. I always thought it was awesome that Stanford Jennings ran the final 20-30 yards of that return for a TD back with his eyes closed.

Since this thread has clearly descended far away from the greatest Superbowl play ever, and into lots of other interesting-in-their-own-ways plays, here's another seemingly forgotten contender.

I know, I know, we're mainly all about plays at the very end of a game... but consider this in full context. Last play of the half, Pittsburgh is in jeopardy of falling down if the Cards score here (which seems imminent), and suddenly the game completely turns around. The period of time where the outcome was in doubt was staggeringly long (even before the instant replay, and then the obvious "perfect storm" of circumstances that made the replay call a full 7-point swing) and the drama just came in waves and waves.

That was a hell of a play.
