How anyone could call the Raiders the most incompetent team in all of sports is beyond me. Three modern NFL titles and two more playoff appearances...one in the past decade.

The motivational speaker question was the only one I had to really think about, and I can't believe I was the only one to say Jim Valvano. He actually gave the greatest motivational speech people!
