Winamp3
I'm having some weird problems with Winamp5 and I'd like to downgrade to 3.x. The problem I'm having though is every link out there is dead so not having much luck.
If someone has the setup file for version 3 and could host it somewhere or email it to me I'd be very appreciative. Btw, ITunes isn't an option, the program is just way too bulky for my purposes. |

I'd reccommend 2.x. 3 was a disaster, 5 was released to coverup that mess. If i find a spot to download it I'll let you know. They used to have it on their site, kind of crappy if they don't anymore, I can't find it.

The original team maybe, but they are owned by AOL and the name brand and AOL branding lives on.
See version 2.666, which was a little passive aggressivness when AOL pissed off the original Nullsoft shortly after they bought them. May have been the first release they were forced to add some AOL branding, not sure. Last edited by jeff061 : 08-11-2005 at 01:42 PM. |
