Issues with Redoing an MP turn?

I know that in 5.1 Jim added a dialog letting you know if you export your turn, make another change, and try to re-export. We've got one MP user who just did this, and unfortunately can't seem to get rid of the dialog, even if he restarts the game, and even if he shuts the game down, deletes the export files (including the one in leagues), and tries again. Has anyone else had a similar issue, and how did you work around it? Or is this working well for everyone else and we just need to look harder for the user error?

Fortunately we're in late FA stage 2, so if he needs to just skip this turn it won't hurt much at all.

Has he tried re-downloading the latest league file?

I don't believe we've tried that yet.
