Leg issue/pain?
Was walking late last night at the supermarket, and I felt the area right above my right ankle in the back TWANG, it felt like it shifted almost. I nearly fell, but despite the back of the leg hurting with every step, i was able to finish it, but I've noticed since that it hurts like the dickens when I either try to push downward on the foot (like when I stand) or when the foot is pointing downwards, there's significant amounts of pain., and there's a pretty good ache all the time) While it's probably not a tear (I doubt I'd be able to stand at all), I'm afraid that I pulled/sprained the achilles)
Trying to figure if I should go to urgent care over the weekend, or just call my doc on monday :?

Was it in the Achilles tendon region? That really sucks - definitely ice and rest if you do wait.

that's what it feels like, right in the back of the leg, above the ankle.
