Season 25 RFA & FFP Auction
Forgot to do this earlier. But if you had someone you wanted to RFA, you can list that anytime before the sim tonight and it will count (sorry suckers) and also if you want to FFP anybody, you can begin doing so now.

That's a lot of facial hair for a 14 year-old. Can we check his birth certificate?

Yeah, when you withdraw a bid, the last one stands unless it's withdrawn but then you can't come back and bid. Just future reference. Which is rendered moot by your last wallop deal.

Sorry, all these damn kids' names start with the same letter. I'm in on Murphy, not Mangum.

I'm so confused as to what's going on here. I think it's very possible I might have bent some rules as to withdrawing/resubmitting.
But $37MM on Murphy, withdraw on Dominguez. Last edited by Jack Raden : 11-02-2012 at 09:00 PM. |

No, you actually did everything legit because it was before the deadline. Though there was some confusion about who you were offering in on. So that was confusing, yeah. Last edited by Young Drachma : 11-02-2012 at 09:00 PM. |

Correct. All other bids were subject to the 8pm deadline. This is just a battle for Murphy now, due to the confusion.

Much fun. Should've stuck with the plan to go after Mangum + a couple of others, but got stuck on Murphy and couldn't let him go.

Same. Haha...my plan tonight when the Ebay last minute rush came was to maximize since I don't have draft picks and yet, I got so stuck on the main prize that I decided to forgo that plan and ended up with just one of them. |

Any interest in doing blind bids (ala Strutchen) for the FFP auction in the future? Perhaps we could find someone in FOOL (or elsewhere) who would be kind enough to collect our bids via PM.

That's not a bad idea. It'd probably be cheaper for all of us and we'd know faster, if nothing else. We'd just need to find a 3rd party who is around and willing to do it. |

And you'd have some interesting strategy as well, deciding if you want to go all out for the top guy, or gathering up a couple of players. |
