Playcalling for Coordinators

Up against a tough situation in a MP league and we are bigtime contenders so don't want to mess this up:

We just got a stud 34 Eagle DC (95+ playcalling) last season but we have a stud 43DE that struggled in the scheme. We made the CC but in large part due to low TOs and lots of penalties we couldn't get over that hump.

We are considering to go back to a 43 so that DE can go back to putting up 10% PR but:
- this would be another year of lots of penalties and lower TOs
- the available coaches are mediocre at best especially in Playcalling
- should I really be making this change just to increase the output of one player

Thoughts are welcome

"struggled in the scheme" means what? a lot fewer sacks attributed to him? (that's expected in most 3-4 front defenses)

Yea the gist from a team perspective was my PR% went down from 23 to 20 along with a similar reduciton in TOs, we were better on 3rd though and like the flexibility the 34 fronts allow especially as a team built to run cover 3 a good bit

Leaning towards keeping the coach for now, big believer in cohesion and we have a 6 year window with the talent we have pretty redily available.
