Before we start, the voters elect Hartford as the likely FOOL champs. Lets see if they live up to the hype!

Can you really consider two votes "hype"?

I'm a big fan of that team simply because I like having a presence in FOOL in the state of Georgia!

Hartford is showing that they are a team to fear and not just the product of ESPN east coast hype!

The 2091 FOOL Classic is set!

The Georgia Devils face off vs the Hartford Harpooners!

The 2089 FOOL champion Harpooners return to the Classic for the second time in three seasons as they look to make it four straight Republic League titles. In their third straight trip to the playoffs, Hartford is in search of their 10th title.

Georgia makes their first trip to the Classic after moving north from St. petersburg. The franchise last made it to the Classic 14 seasons ago and last won the title 27 seasons ago. Despite being one of the younger franchises in FOOL , they are in search of their 5th franchise title.

These two franchises have never faced each other prior to this season.

Hey, I didn't read the thread before voting and I picked Hartford. Do I get a prize?

Congrats, hyde! And congrats to all the playoff teams this year!
