Celebrity HoN: Would You Rather? South Bracket (Round 2)

We move on to the final bracket of the round of 32, and unlike the West which was marred with upsets, the South was mostly chalk in round one with Kristen Bell the only seed out of the top 8 to advance. Will the favorites once again prevail or will we see an upset or two?

(1) Elisha Cuthbert vs. (8) Minka Kelly

It was a bad week for Elisha Cuthbert as she was recently knocked off the top of the HoN charts by Stacy Keibler. She did however manage to knock off Katy Perry very easily to advance in the tournament. Round two is a more difficult challenge, as she draws at large selection Minka Kelly, who easily disposed of HoN pollster Ashley Judd. Kelly will be in very tough here though to knock off the former #1 ranking HoN celebrity.

(4) Jessica Biel vs. (5) Arianny Celeste

Jessica Biel convincingly knocked off Alison Brie in round one while Celeste won a comfortable victory over fellow UFC ring girl Britney Palmer. Celeste clearly does not have the mainstream celebrity of Biel and that could make for a very difficult matchup for her here. Biel is a pending pollster while Celeste is an at large selection, and with no past results to go off of, this one is wide open. Conventional wisdom would suggest though, that the more popular Biel is the favorite.

(3) Olivia Wilde vs. (6) Evangeline Lilly

Wilde rode a comfortable victory over the feisty Emma Stone into round two while Lillly had a much stiffer test, battling neck and neck with Penelope Cruz before emerging late with the victory. Wilde is a pending pollster while Lilly scored an 81% HoN rating back in 2006. This could be a close matchup but the higher seeded Wilde is a slight favorite to move on.

(2) Salma Hayek vs. (10) Kristen Bell

Hayek edged Jennifer Love Hewitt in round one in a battle between two 85%+ HoN pollsters and there may have been some JLH backlash still in play from her originally solid HoN showing. Bell won out in a battle of the blonds over Alice Eve, which was somewhat surprising considering Eve's very respectable 80% HoN performance in 2011. Will Bell be able to carry the momentum through here to another upset? It's quite possible and don't be surprised this time if she does.

I actually had to swap out the first pick of Evangeline Lilly I had as it was so similar it was creepy.

Always had a thing for Bell. Not sure what it is, and I agree it's tough not to vote of Hayek. This bracket is like the Group of Death.

Easy pick on teh first 3, the top seeds are uber super hot.

Last one is tough. Hayek is great but I like Bell more and more as I see more photos.

There will be no official unveiling of the entire bracket as matchups will be not be announced until they are open for voting, maintaining the suspense.
