(Food) If Necessity is the Mother of Invention...
Having a ton of leftovers in the fridge HAS to be the drunken uncle of culinary invention.
It was one of those things where you look over everything in the fridge and go. "How the fuck am I going to make a meal out of all this" Finally figured out a dish: One of those flavored rices Cut up chicken tenderloins Corn Mix all together while the rice is heating, add some extra water, cook a little longer.. A great culinary invention? Hell No. Pretty damn good? Yeah.

My guilty pleasure is this:
1 can of corned beef hash 12 eggs 3 bags of chicken ramen noodles My kids call it "Prison Slam" and eat the shit out of it. The pan has to soak for like three weeks before it comes clean. |

just get a wok & throw it all in every two weeks!
it does get odd when the sesame chicken is sitting on top of the pizza, but still... it all ends up in the same place anyway! |
