I would be interested. I've been dying to get back into some sort of text sim multiplayer league. I would be More interested in NL than AL however.

Give Vince the Giants and me the Dodgers, and I may cave.

I'd be in, of course. Heh. And if Chief wanted in and wants the Angels he's more than welcome to have them, I can take another team.

I've never played any of these games in an online MP league but I'll give it a shot. I'd like to have the Braves if possible.

How does it work if someone wants to make a trade with a team controlled by the AI?

Just a thought

You could always start a 16 team historical league in 1901 using the random debut feature, so it would contain players from all throughout history. That might be easier to fill.....

I'd be interested.

If Vince doesn't take the Giants, I will

I'll go D-Backs as a 2nd choice.

Any issues being an online owner from a Mac? That's the version I'm buying, and if that works I'm in. I'd take the Royals.

Shouldn't be an issue. We have both PC and Mac owners in the UBL.

I would love to get involved with an MP league again, but (A) I have very little free time these days, and (B) I haven't played OOTP since probably version 9. So my questions are, is this version significantly different enough from past versions that it would take some serious time for me to familiarize myself with it, and would I successfully be able to run a team if I'm only putting in like 10 minutes a day?

If the answers are no and yes, then put me down for the 'Stros.

I am not opposed to fictional leagues, or starting in a different era to make the number of teams smaller. We could play in the 50's or something!

Hell, the most fun league I was ever a part of was Marmel's NPB (Japan) league of 12 teams. That was great

I'm trying to figure out where Schmidty is, because he expressed interest in running/co-running the league. I figure something like this should start as soon as the initial patch for the game is released.

Most likely the front end of the league is going to be on Facebook or possibly google+. With smartphones, etc, it seems like it would make for fast easy communication and chat

Of course there would be a backend of statslab and the HTML.

Hey guys. Sorry I've not been around much.

I'm still in with Tigers, and am still cool with co-commishing and helping any other way I can.

I'm messing around with the game, and getting used to it, but I'm still pretty clueless about the MP stuff of this version.

Ok, works for me. I'll be in, if there's room. Heck it might be cool to have a draft a team draft, or a live draft where the commish pulls them out of a hat.

Hey guys,

I would be up for diving into another MP league, I think it could be a lot of fun. I'm a Pirates fan and Red Sox fan and would love either but, honestly, not too picky. I did like the above idea about a team draft, kind of a cool concept.
