I think that's the reason for the kill. There's a lot of finger-pointing going on today, and it's hard to think of a strong villager with very little chance of getting lynched Day 2.

Well, I guess I go this way:

VOTE PURDUEBRAD

I feel like there was motion to protect a dog yesterday. The two players in most danger were me and PB. I know I'm not a dog.

I'm open to other theories.

Wish I could edit b-cuz this was more sarcastic than I should be. I'm a bit irritated right now because rather than breaking my thumb, I've shattered it. Guh.

There are just too many people who are playing off right now. People need to start behaving like villagers.

I heard this one enough times from Heinz last game while reading along.

Cronin, FWIW I don't know what I would have done with my vote had I been around at deadline. As I read along it looks like I would have had enough time to make a decision between you and PB rather than trying to play defense.

I think I would have left it where it was because I felt like the early run on him was pretty suspect, but I'm not sure the run on you was any better. I've got a little time right now and I'm going to dig into the vote/unvote list you posted. Thanks for doing that, btw.

There are two early votes no PB that seem odd to me - Lathum and Chief Rum. Lathum unvoted CW to vote Lathum, and later moved to me. His overall play on day 1 rates as highly suspicious in my eyes. Chief Rum's vote seems less odd, and maybe isn't even worth looking at.

Alan T also voted for PurdueBrad, which may be interpreted as being somewhat damning.

Looking at your post with all the votes, and yeah, Lathum voted for nearly everyone. Crazy. But I'm pretty sure he never voted for himself.

Wow man that absolutely sucks. I haven't been able to play softball the last 4 weeks either, I rolled my ankle behind me as I fell down some stairs a month ago. Still really sore, but I tested it yesterday and I can run. I'll be playing again on Wed!

Cronin, just wanted to check the vote record you compiled. Did you leave your vote on Lathum for the duration, never moving it even when you were in a tie at the end?

If so, and you are a cat, why not swing the vote to avoid a tie and avoid lynching the only person you know is good? Am I missing a vote or amI missing some kind of logic here?

No, I moved my vote to PurdueBrad, around post 170. I hope I didn't leave that one out. I was the 2nd vote on PB, and I think the first 2nd vote.

Actually, you can. Usually, the only time it's ever done is sarcasm, when everyone is accusing the same person, and they're all "well, if everyone else is going to vote for me, I might as well vote for me, too!" -- I think in every case I've seen it, the person who did it actually was a wolf.

Crazy. I'm still not sure much of anything else.

Honestly my choice of Lathum was more just that I needed to pick someone than I actually thought he was a wolf. I figured it a safe pick so I wouldn't end up being the one responsible for voting for the wrong or right person. I think I'm starting to understand how it all works out...

Getting close to voting cronin just because of all the pictures he's posting. It's hard reading thread at work with all the pictures.
