Team Fortress 2 on XBL...anyone up for it?
Is anyone a fan of Team Fortress 2 on xbox live? I recently tried it out on Orange Box and played until 4 in the morning! Would love to play against some FOFC peeps.

I am a huge fan of TF2 on the PC and play it daily - does the Xbox live only work against other Xbox players? Either way it's an amazing game.

I picked up Orange Box for PC from one of the going out of business Circuit Citys (Cities?) a week or two ago. I should boot up some TF2 as I was a huge fan of TF1 and really want to try this out.

Yeah if you loved TFC sterling you will love TF2 - really great game. There are a few changes from the original (mostly, grenades were removed except for the demoman) and some classes got some new powers. Plus there are achievements, unlockable equipment, etc.
I play on the servers listed on this website - good people, good community. myTF2 | Your Portal To Team Fortress 2 |

I'll probably load it up in another couple of weeks- always loved TF, it was like team sports but with killin' The most satisfying thing was to jump onto a losing team, reorg them a little so that you could take advantage of team member's strengths and weaknesses with some team chatter, and start winning- great feeling. That said, I couldn't do that until I had played for quite a while. Problem is that right now I'm playing through Fallout 3 and want to finish that off in fairly short order so it will have to wait until after that. SI

Sorry to bump such an old thread, but noticed a few people on the forums have steam and wanted to see if anyone was still playing Team Fortress 2 on the pc using Steam. Shoot me a PM or message me here if you're interested in playing some night/weekend.

I am also late to the party on this game too. I bought it for the PC on Friday and have been playing it every night until 1am. Also gave my son 3-day gamepass & he liked it so much he also bought it ($20). I am playing through Steam. Still a relative newcomer, but so far enjoying Pyro & Sniper. We should set up a game time.
