Jackal, it would enhance a class ability that you already possess. So I would be willing to negotiate a straight up trade, or potentially give it to you with the proviso that value gained through its use would be returned at a later date.

Your choice - I'll offer you the chance to be "noble" in return if that is the social contract you would like to draw up.

I think you'll understand better what I'm getting at when you get the ring.
I'll consider this my fee for getting items identified before and going forward, for the duration of our party.

Beyond that, I would ask that profits obtained directly by way of the ring receive special consideration in terms of future compensation. Because I expect that I would get some measure of wealth from holding the ring, but am betting that the collective wealth (and thus, my share) grows faster with you having it.

I also have two scrolls from Darryl Hannah over there that I haven't tried to read yet. Should I distribute one of those to you guys to try and read? Are we assuming they will be unreadable until identified? These are the first scrolls I've come across that haven't told me right away what they are so I'm a little unsure on the best way to proceed

Well, we're not in 3E, other than that I don't know how to direct you to us as you haven't hit any rooms either PB and I have been in to my knowledge. Other than that, we need a scroll of item teleportation (which I don't have at the moment), but the bummer is if the scroll isn't too hot, we'll waste money flinging it back and forth. Couple different ways we can handle this, but I have to get one of those item tele scrolls to start.
