One day, my dad's msn.com started looking like this:
He wants it to look like this again: Any help anyone could provide would be great. My Bro-in-law and I are stumped. |

But when I log on as another user on my parents' XP computer, the second picture is the MSN.com that comes up.

weird. try deleting all his cookies and clearing his internet history and stuff? course you gotta make sure he's got all his passwords written down before you go doing that.

if it's a random preview (as it appears to be) then clearing your cookies and history should clear out your odds of getting it.
eventually it's just going to take over anyways though, so you might want to start getting him ready for that.

Thanks. I was able to set the home page to avoid it (for now). I told him, though, that the world was changing and he would have to change with it.
Thanks again. |
