It has been 20 years since the music world lost SRV
It was 20 years ago (8/27/1990) that Stevie Ray Vaughan died in a helicopter crash in Wisconsin. That was my first day on campus at UT-Austin, and a pall fell over the city when the news spread. He was definitely a great guitar talent.
