Today's game is an easy one vs a computer team, so we will give more time to the backups, all them will start from the second half. Their only good player is at SG and anyway he is not as good as ours, so this time we will spread more the passes to the other players.

x3.9 Luton Ballers (average 18.3) vs London Fofc Ballers (average 21.12) x1.3

Luton Ballers lineup:
C Luke Pillar 17.2
PF Joab Xerxes 17.1
SF A random player will play as Small Forward.
SG Linass Kleizaa 23.2
PG Shifhshi Shifhshi 17

London FOFC Ballers lineup
C Manuel Martin 19.8
PF Ivan Carrillo 21.9
SF John Snow 20.9
SG Al Mighty 20.8
PG Jace Hunter 24.2

Recommended personal tactics for you to setup for your players:

Starters play intensity: NORMAL
Backups play intensity: NORMAL

Shooting Parameters: Each one set the % to his best player abilities but following this more or less:

C and PF: 70 inside, 25 floor, 5 three
SF: 20 inside, 60 floor, 20 three
SG and PG: 5 inside, 60 floor, 35 three

If any of you is really good at three, raise that value.

Play Style: Normal for everybody but the PG.
PG play style: Special team player (to lead on assists)

Play Time: Short for everybody to create more chances and to move the ball fast.

Passing Preferences: The SG will receive less balls as he faces a good player.

For the PG's set it to:
C=30%
PF=30%
SF=30%
SG=10%

For the SG's set it to:
C=20%
PF=20%
SF=20%
PG=40%

For the SF's set it to:
C=25%
PF=25%
SG=10%
PG=40%

For the PF's set it to:
C=25%
SF=25%
SG=10%
PG=40%

For the C's set it to:
PF=25%
SF=25%
SG=10%
PG=40%

Please post here if you have changed your tactics acordly.

I'll update my tactics, sorry I was travelling and didn't see the post for the change.

Great game guys! I'm glad to see that I can fit into the backup rol enad not be a complete disaster compared to Jace... I actually seemed to play pretty well subbing in.

I sure wish I could figure out how the order for the countries is chosen on the bet page. I hate trying to find countries when looking for a bet.

The guys running Cyberdunk gave all users 100 free CP today (apparently did the same on Halloween). There's a couple free skill upgrades which is always nice.

Nice, guys i recomend upgrading the following with the 100CP (you can boost two skills from the list or one skill two points).

I recomend to not to use the 100CP to upgrade the skills that you have under or equal to 20 as those are the cheapest skills to train.

PG and SG
Dribling
Passing
Stealing
3pt scoring
Speed
Confidence
Stamina

PF and C
Strengh
Inside scoring
Rebounding
Blocking
Confidence
Stamina

SF
You re between SG anf PF so whatever you want.

Good game again guys, incredible scoring with Joshua Wolfe being everywhere and leading in points, rebounds and assists, becoming the mom. Great game from Wade Moore too, who scored 21 in 12 minutes. Everybody had minutes to enjoy so i don't want to hear complains

Awesome! I'm really happy to see that I'm able to contribute when I'm in their subbing in for our superstar.. makes it easier to justify getting him some rest in these games where we should win pretty easily..

Side note - I'm thinking my request above for #13 got lost in the shuffle - great work on the jerseys!

They are having tons of problems so the site is too slow or not loading. They have decided to move all games from today to tomorrow as nobody can set tactics etc.

So here's some fun figuring for you. Assuming that you use the +5 training to get each of your skills to 25, then use CP to boost all your skills to +28, here's what I've got figured out so far for best case training scenario from that point on.

Individual +6 training @ 5 days per (usable from rank 20-40) gets you from 28-40, then use +10 training @ 8 days per (usable from 40-60) gets you from 40-70. Past 70 you're into combo training with other skills, so it gets a little murkier. Doing each skill from 28-70 would take 34 in game days, or 442 days to raise all 13 skills to 70. That equates to just a shade over 6 seasons (at 70 days per season, 6 seasons would be 420 days), so if you choose, you could upgrade 40 skills per season using CP and shave off quite a bit of that time.

In total you'd be upgrading 546 skill points to get all your skills to 70. If you pretty much used your CP skills to upgrade skills on their own and remove them from the training rotation, you could pretty much go from 28-70 per season (2 short), saving 34 days worth of training per season, letting you max train 3 skills per season to 70, getting all your skills to that point at the start of the 5th season by using that season's CP skill boost to get your last skill boosted to 68.

So, long winded story short, I'm currently debating which skills to worry about past what point. Going to concentrate first on getting my PG skills to 70, then see what the combo's require to be able to take them past that, then lift those skills to that point as well. I've got a funny feeling that blocking, inside shooting, rebounds and strength are going to start lagging behind after they hit the +25 point.

You level is still too low as we have a season of advantage to you, so signing you for the team right now would mean no playing time for you and no fun at all. Keep in a computer team while upgrading your skills and then we will sign you up. Maybe also another FOFcer will want to buy a team so we can have two fofc teams and some rivalries

Hey, any idea on tactics for tomorrow? I'll be out all day for a volleyball tourney, so any changes from last game I'll have to set up tonight.

I have been reviewing their team and they are way better than us, but let's try to put the ball to the PF and C as their starters on those positions are better attackers than defenders, so maybe we can exploit that. Of course play in hard.

Tomorrow i'll try to post more detailed tactics but for you those are ok.

Yesterday game was a defeat as expected, we had a really crap FG%. For what i see right now, there is little we can do to beat teams that are like 3 or 4 points in average better than us, unless they have a bad player in a given position that we can exploit.

Today's game is vs a team we can win, but that has great players at some positions. We are better at PG and SF so let's exploit that:

Tactics for today:

Starters play intensity: HARD
Backups play intensity: HARD

Shooting Parameters: Each one set the % to his best player abilities but following this more or less:

C and PF: 70 inside, 25 floor, 5 three
SF: 20 inside, 60 floor, 20 three
SG and PG: 5 inside, 60 floor, 35 three

If any of you is really good at three, raise that value.

Play Style: Normal for everybody but the PG.
PG play style: Special team player (to lead on assists)

Play Time: Short for everybody to create more chances and to move the ball fast.

Passing Preferences: The PG and SF will receive more balls, their best player is the SG so we will avoid him.

For the PG's set it to:
C=20%
PF=20%
SF=50%
SG=10%

For the SG's set it to:
C=10%
PF=10%
SF=40%
PG=40%

For the SF's set it to:
C=25%
PF=25%
SG=10%
PG=40%

For the PF's set it to:
C=10%
SF=40%
SG=10%
PG=40%

For the C's set it to:
PF=10%
SF=40%
SG=10%
PG=40%

Please post here if you have changed your tactics acordly.

Today i'll get ready the tool for you to fill your actual ratings, so i can know exactly on which ratings are you better and worse and the plan from there.

As we are a deep team, i think we should specialize. There is no point on having two players in the same position with the same ratings, we better have one offensive and defensive player at every position. That way, if we have a better match up, we play more the offensive player to exploit it, and if we have a negative match up, we play the defensive specialist to try to shut him down.

Once we have the tool and we can see exactly the ratings for each player, we will decide who specializes on what.

Yeah! we made it! Exactly as we had it planned, our SF and PG managed to do well to win the game, exploiting their weakest spots. Now we have 2 free days, so take your chances to play in the 1vs1 games and don't forget to keep training.

Thanks for the jersey Icy. Very kool.

I haven't had a chance to update my tactics. My laptop died over Thanksgiving and I haven't checked the site since. I'll be able to keep up from here on out, though.

Grrrrr :/
We played a game yesterday (international ancestorian cup?) that was schedulled for today, the calendar was messed so we didn't set our tactics and we lost with a team that we could have won.
