The Belluno directors are delighted with my performance as manager.

They are happy with the club's current financial status.

The board expects us to stay clear of relegation from Serie C1/A.

The Belluno supporters are delighted with the progress the club has been making.

The supporters are in full support of my management of the club.

As the transfer deadline comes to a close, I was unable to convince player's to come on loan for Belluno. I also did not find anyone that would be cost effective in the back line. My goal is to survive this season with the current group and make some moves in the offseason.

I am told that DM Alessio Sestu's contract will expire in 6 months. He has played solid in this role for me over the past 2.5 years and he has a 7.07 rating in league play, I will offer him a contract becuase this is not a NEED posistion for me.

I make him an offer:

$2000/wk through 2011- he wanted $2400 wk (currently making $1400/wk)
- $110 assist bonus
- I did not add or retract any clauses

AM RLC Bruno Carnelossi's contract is also set to expire in 6 months. He has played most of the season on the right wing due to an injury to starter, De Giorgio. He is a back-up and nothing more. He has a 6.71 rating in league play this season. I will not offer him an extension because I have another player lined up for next year. (More to come on that...)

D RC, Alessandro De Bortoli will see his contract expire in 6 months as well. The 27 yo. does not belong in Serie C1, but he has always seemed to play above his talent level. He currently has a 7.00 rating through 18 starts this season. Banev is now better in skill, but the way my back line is setup I have to use Ceccarelli on the left and De Bortoli in the middle. Banev is training to learn the center back posistion. I offer him a contract because he is only asking for $550/wk.

Teodor Banev's contract is now under review. The young 20 yo. is developing nicely and will be in the starting rotation soon if not a constant first teamer.

Igor De Mattia, backup to Sestu, is cheap and efficient. He has a 7.07 rating in 15 league apps this season. I offer him $700/ wk.

Like I mentioned above, we did sign a player. Andrea Bovo, a 22 yo. AM RC will join the club to start next season. The 2.2M valued player was bought for $300k from Palermo. He will be a big upgrade over Carnelossi and will allow us to use different formations as well.

Late in the day, we get Alessandro Pangrazi to sign on a free transfer. The 20 yo. striker is lighting up Serie C2 as he has 11 goals in 17 games. He is currently valued at $80k and this move could spell the end of Vitolo's run as a member of Belluno.
