Agreed. Two completely different styles. It will be interesting to see which style prevails as the primary course of the fight, and then if fighting one fighter's way or another leads to that fighter winning or not.

DT I was thinking the same thing you were. Last I checked I maxed out most of my standup skills and KO resist yet I was out boxed and then KO'ed. Crap just happens I guess. If you would have told me after I created my character that I would be outboxed and then KO'ed I would have told you that you were stupid. I'm sure you are in the same boat, if I told you after you created your character that you would have been submitted you would have told me I was an idiot. That is just why we play out the fights.

I'm back guys. It's been a pretty hellish few days. I haven't even been to FOFC since this past weekend or so. I won't go into whiny details, but I am really sorry.

Dmitriy Rurik makes his way towards the ring, you can feel the tension building in the arena as he nears the cage.

Final preparations are made.

He enters the ring and circles, looking confident. He raises his arms to acknowledge those in the arena who are cheering for him but mostly he looks ready for battle, like nothing will keep him from his goal.

"Serious" Shane Willis begins to walk towards the ring. The spotlight follows him and the crowd begins to erupt. It seems that his supporters have a slight numbers advantage within the crowd.

Final preparations are made. He says something to his trainer, smiles and enters the cage.

He seems quite calm and focused.

He raises one hand towards the crowd and waits near his banner with a look of determintion.
