I don't want to get too meta-gamey but I don't think EF would just kill off an inactive player without it being linked to actual game events - that kind of hurts the village even if he was vanilla. I think this was a power/mechanism of some sort. Either coincidence that it hit Schmidty or EF took some mod liberties in choosing the victim

Sucky day minus threes suck.

I can get onboard an Autumn/Britrock grouping. Possibly. Three faction games mean that factions should be more willing to put themselves out there to defend their own faction in a vote, as voting your own faction makes you a target of the other faction and doesn't really get you as trusted as you might like.

Looking back, I feel a little better about Jackal. I don't think as a wolf he would pop a second vote on GE that quickly, plus some of the stuff he was pondering in thread regarding a possible lover mechanism w/George McFly and Marty doesn't seem like something he would opine about openly. It feels like Autumn's trying to figure people out so I lean good with him, same with mau who I think is more conniving as a wolf than he's been. And Zinto I lean good. That's kind of a surprising number, but I can't say I feel super strongly great about the whole group, just that they aren't on my radar at the moment.

brit and Chief I feel worse about for taking an easy way out with the vote on Schmidty who turned up villager and haven't really been very forthcoming. KWhit has also been pretty guarded and had a middle vote on britrock which looks like a safe vote to make. I was feeling badly about font feeling like she was trying to stir up suspicion on people, but looking back at D1 I don't feel as badly and have her more at neutral now, with DT. Narc I don't know as I don't usually read him well, but I feel worse about others. Not really sure about murray or DT, or Danny obviously.

Now being on Day -2 supports my theory about the progression of the game.

Interestingly enough, I had also personally surmised about the possibility of each Day being attached to a decade (Day -3 80s, Day -2 90s, Day 1 2010s, etc.), so I was pleasantly surprised that is the case as well.

What does that mean for today? Not sure. I'm still puzzling over the three deaths, although, as we are (presumeably) as far back as we can go, it makes sense to see death here. We can't move further back to avoid death (as we have been guessing with mau's Day One lynch).

FWIW, I have nothing to be forthcoming about. I'm just vanilla. I don't have any secrets to hide, even if I chose to hide them.

As for the Schmidty vote, I consider a vote on a non-participant after two days to be an understandable vote. We don't have enough on active candidates to overcome that, IMO.

Obviously knowing mau's allegiance would add clarity to the D1 vote, but it seems people think he isn't a wolf. I don't know if we should read too much into sal being the kill, but there's definitely a bit of paranoia lurking about taking out mau voters to possibly keep him alive.

His confrontational posting is not what you'd expect from a wolf, I agree. Maybe it's intentional to buy time? Not sure.

What I'm interested to know is if your projection about the present and future timeframes moving in progression with the past is true. I.E. if we were to suddenly shift to the present, it would be D3, not D2 where we would have been prior to the shift.

The forthcoming statement is in regards to giving any opinion about any other player in the game (you're far from alone FWIW). D1 you alertly pointed out a strange vote from brit, then the following day didn't follow up on it and ended up voting the same player he did. So I guess you feel ok about him, but you haven't voted for or tried making a case for / against anyone.

Mostly, if we're on the same side, I'm hoping you'll be able to point out something else useful I and the rest of us missed that will help us catch a wolf.
