this has been a real wild offseason...

ill start off with whom i sold, i didnt transfer list anyone, teams just want my players

CB Milligan- 1.8 mill. i bought him 2 years ago for less than 100k. hes wad my 3rd best CB so i let him go
RB Brinkhurst- 1.7 mil. bought him many years ago from a lower league team for 850K. i thought he was surplus even though he was a solid PL rb... but then this happened
RB Rial- 6.75 mil. he had a Min fee release clause and i couldnt stop him from walking to a lucrative contract with a sugar daddy club. now i only had a 19 RB that my director of football bought last season
RB/LB Bateman- 1 mil. he did his job as a filler fullback till i got better ones. one of my 1st buys when i got promoted.
CM/LW Niskanen- 2.5 mil. i wasnt planing on selling him and now i regret it. but he wanted to hear Cardiffs offer so i let him go
ST Reinikainen- 4.2 mil. Cardiff also wanted the big Fin.
LW/CM Merrick- 250k
Borjesson- 950K
LW Pilia- 2.5 mil. hes been great for me, but once i got my offer accepted for a better winger i let him go

now for the guys ive brought in (pics will come later)
RW Kapiec- 800K. a 16yo polish winger my scouts like. no main weakness and is driven
RB/LB Guldbrandt- 5.5 mil. 21 yo ive been scouting him for over 4 season but never had the right opportunity to get him
ST Bloomfield- 5 mil. southampton was overflowing with young striking talent. 3 of them looked like studs in the making and they got relegated, so i bought the onyl one they would sell me. is he isnt a future wonderkid i dont know who could be. Driven personality
CB Stonebridge- 5 mil. from Arsenal. ive been eyeing him for years too but only now did he want to come to me,. a good solid Cb with a name to match
LB Myers- 20k. an American 19yo that got a WP, he has to have some potential. massive physical abilities, 16+ in Acc, Agil, Bal, Pace, NF and Stam
LW Ortega- 8.5 mil. hes my most expensive signing to date but he has everything you want in a winger. hes an American too, i like signing them

also my 2nd team in not doing the Dynasty with, CFR clug. that manager has been all over the world, NY, South Africa and now in Romania. i was and am planning on trying to turn them into players in Europe but now the Athletic club job just became open and they interviewed me. i dont know if i could resist that challenge but it would come with a problem. one thing i like about playing @ Cluj is i can sign non EU players easily and sell them a few years laters fairly easily also. its great because theres always good young players that are free from non EU nations that i can groom, but if im at Athletic i wont be able to do that

ive had man other offers for my young stars, like Osbourne, McCann, McFarlaine but those guys arnt for sale unless they ask to leave. my team is currently short on Central Midfielders, i have lots that can play there, but only 3 that are the naturals there, the rest are AMC's or wingers. i cant find one that fits what im looking for ( a mentor thats cheap and wants a short contract)

Talbot was loaned out the last 2 seasons after my director of football bought him for 475K 2 years ago.
Guldbrant cost me 5.75 million
Wright cost 1.5 mil from Man U, i think he still has lots of room to grow. he was the starter last season
Gaynor been on loan most of the last 3 seasons
Myers was highly recomended and only cost 40k.

Man U for my season opener. nice and painful i see

we lose 0-2. not surprising. what is surprising is Bismarck breaks his arm and will miss 5-6 weeks. looks like Foxcroft will get more starting time than originally planned

way back in when FM was called champions manager i selected Carlisle united in CM4. i wanted a L2 team and they had the right combo of what i was looking for in my first ever soccer manager game. ever since then theyve been my team that i like and always play. ever FM since then i start with them and play them

or were they league 3 team then? i think they were

crap, PSG are sniffing around Rivera. they made 2 offers and i declined, but he has a 10 mill min release fee and i cant get him to sign a new contract to increase that. PSG last offer was 9 million, if they make another offer they will likely get him and i cant stop it

also Osbourne gets injured and will miss a few weeks

hosting rivals Newcastle

we lose 2-3, giving up 2 penalties

also PSG seems to have stopped pursuing Rivera... and now Rivera is pissy about not being allowed to talk to PSG. PSG bought a different mexican centerback instead (i was following him as a possible signing in the future)

i really regret losing Niskanen, merrick, brinkhurst and the big fin now. my midfield and fullbacks are stinking it up this season. im thinking about buying a 5 star centerback from Argenting but he will likely cost me over 10 mil.

campbell whos been injured all year just got back, and he injures himself again. same with Doherty. injured for month and reinjures himslef in a reserve game

im also taking over training and match preperation myself

since both Osbourne and are struggling to score, im starting Staunton at striker

Staunton is clearly #3, but he has speed and hasnt layed eggs like the other 2 so ill give him a shot

we win 3-2, staunton scores the 1st goal and Foxy scores the winner late

and just like that, were 11th
