Interactive TCY Dynasty Signup
I've been getting back into TCY2 lately, and I thought I'd do a dynasty similar to one done in the past.

This is sort of an interactive dynasty, where anyone can submit their name and will be able to follow their own college football career. However unlike previous dynasties like this, you are not guaranteed a great player. You pick a position and a state, I'll pick the best player possible, and as long as your player is rated in the top 1000, you get no do overs. So you might get a superstar, but you might also get a role player struggling to contribute. I will also follow this into the NFL using FOF4.
