Which cartoon(s) would you actually like to see made into live action?

Just got to thinking after seeing some more footage of Transformers 3 yesterday, which made me wonder which cartoons would I like to see made into a live action show. Now, I'm not talking about comic books, just cartoons.

I can't really think of many to be honest. I don't think cartoons like Bugs Bunny or Tom & Jerry would translate well into live action. GI Joe had potential, but, failed in my opinion. And now there's a live action (well, mixed live action) Smurfs movie coming out.

The only ones that I could come up with that might translate well into live action are (in no particular order):

1. Voltron
2. Thundarr the Barbarian
3. Super Friends
4. Macross (Robotech)
5. Johnny Quest (maybe)

Voltron get's a hell yes if done right.

Thundarr I think would be cool.

Robotech makes the list flat out.

I think out of the ones you listed Johnny Quest could be done the best and actually do well ala The Mummy series..

none really . I mean they are cartoons for a reason and they are good that way. Just not the same as is evidenced by all the failed attempts so far.

But I will give it some thought. Any answers I come up with would have to probably involve CGI which is really cheating...

I definitely should have put live action in quotes, as just about every single one would need CGI.

Battle of the Planets might make for a fun sci-fi space opera flick, especially if it is based more on the Japanese original. A lot of potential for campy awfulness, though.

Suggestion #2: The Brak Show.

My early favorite would be
Dungeons and Dragons

Also the Dragon's Lair arcade game -> movie....and initially it WAS going to be a movie.
