That's probably Boise's 2 most famous residents, along with Maureen O'Hara, to die the last few months.

I'd worry about things coming in threes but I don't think there's any famous people left.

Loved Cool Hand Luke, great performance easily my favorite of his. Was good in anything he did and he did so much, tv and movies. I remember as a kid going to a movies having no idea he was in them, but as soon as he appeared you figured it would more than likely be good.

I watched -- and enjoyed -- an awful lot of his work over the years. Aside from Cool Hand Luke, The Dirty Dozen + the Airport movies (hey, I wasn't even a teenager yet) + Earthquake, and perhaps enjoyed his work in The Eiger Sanction as much as anything he did. Counting television there's nearly 200 roles in his filmography and I saw an awful lot of them.
