I became an All American with THOSE kind of shit stats?

That's what I was thinking. Half the number you had your freshman year, so I don't get it.

gold: Yeah, I can't tackle everyone and you can't score all the points.

mckerney: You don't know how conflicted I am...on the one hand, I hate ND...on the other hand, I want a national championship before I leave. *sigh*

And what's with this 2nd team AA mess? My stats weren't that far off last year. And why didn't gold get some AA recognition? And....and...ah well, back to the weight room.

WEll, wasn't a bad year. My team probably sucked it up though. Too bad SDSU is known for offense. I can't get some great stats either

I believe that is awarded to the best defender (not singled out to cornerbacks or anything specifically).

I am pretty sure the Thorpe is for the best DB and the Bednarik (SP) is for the best defense player.

I guess it's ok to settle for best defensive back in the nation

I command all linebackers in this class to go to Iowa. Sure, you're all bigger than the DT who's suppose to be taking up blockers, but I really think we could make the 3-4 work.

Ok, how is Ohio State getting everyone and no one wants to come play here at good ole ND with gold and myself. All we need is one piece, and we're NC bound!

Ok, 5 pieces...

Ok, so we need 20 pieces, but we're not that far off....really...

Something I noticed. The #1 (Travis) & #2 QB recruits in the land both chose to go to UCLA. The #1 (Foz) & #2 HB recruits went to Va. Tech. The #1 (Aes) & #2 TE recruits went to OSU. Hmm..

The #1 (sterlingice), #2 & # 4 WR recruits chose Oklahoma. If there is anything good out of all this, atleast ardent has some people to throw the ball to.

NC State? Celeval can deal with that. In fact, Celeval will be their whole damn defense. Celeval can play 11-on-1 and he'll still pull down the interceptions.

Celeval would like to state for the record that Celeval will be seeing Ohio State in the National Championship game very soon.

Ohio State? Could be worse. Judging by what my alter ego was considering, I'll take OSU by a long way over North Carolina-Chapel Hill and Smack Brownie's Longhorns.

Anyone got directions to Sixth Street? I've heard there's a place there where an underage kid can get great margaritas. They'll fall for just about any fake ID (or so Jenna told me)...
