Thinking ahead to next season, I just checked to see how much Chelsea might want for Adu. According to my sources, his value has skyrocketed to 55 million dollars!

My 20 year old Adriano is now valued at over 45 million dollars!

Craotia beat Ireland 1-0 in European Championship Group play. Damien Duff played very well despite his team losing.

The USA Crushed St. Kitts & Nevis 8-0 in World Cup Qualifying play today. Howard didn't do much, but he didn't have to do much. Christopher Edwards had 2 goals for the USA. Freddy Adu had 2 goals and 2 assists. Landon Donovan had 2 goals. Conor Casey had a goal. Oguchialu Chilioke Onyewu also had a goal.

The match was played at the Rose Bowl and there were over 79,000 fans watching it.

England beat Denmark 2-0 in European Championship Group Play. Wayne Rooney had the first goal, and Wes Brown had the second goal. Eagles and Downing started on the wings and both played well. Alan Smith came on as a sun and did well.

Excellent! Ruud van Nistelrooy has offically become qualifed as a coach. He informs me that he will retire at the end of the season (is that in 3 days or the end of next season?) He informs me that he would like to become a coach here when his playing days are over. He is a fan favorite, and I will definitely offer him a coach contract now.

His agent informs me that he would like to be a player/coach for the next year. He would like 40,000/week to do this. The board is allowing me to pay up to 35,500/week. I offer this.

Just curious, what are Rudd's coaching stats?

Most of the players that get their coaching certificate in my game seem to have horrible scouting or coaching abilities but their physio rating is 20. Kinda wish I could offer them to be that.

It is the end of the year.

Adriano has been voted the Player of the Year by the club's supporters!

We have received a new batch of U18 players. Dean Watkins is a 15 year old English left winger who already has good talent. He has amazing talent for his age. Hopefully, he develops on the U18 team during the next 2 to 3 years.

We have been given 24.5 million dollars for EPL TV Rights for the upcoming season.

We will play Tottenham in the English Community Shield on August 5, 2012.

Our profits were so good last year that dividends totalling 38 million dollars will be paid to Shareholders. I'm sure the supporters will be quite pleased!

The Board is delighted with my performance as manager this season. They expect us to repeat our success and win the EPL again in this upcoming year. They are giving me 47 million dollars in transfer funds to achieve this goal. In addition, I will be able to retain the majority of any funds that are raised from the sale of players.

Our average attendance of 75,485 fans this year was a new team record.

Stewart Downing's 9.02 average form in 34 appearances this past year was a new team record.

Ruud van Nistelrooy has signed the offered contract and has made it clear that this will be his last year as a player.

I'll post a statistical round-up next, and then I will get ready to start next season's thread with the big question being: Does Wayne Rooney get sold?

Darn you are right. Ruud has a 1 in coaching outfielders and goalkeepers, but 20 in physiotherapy. 20 in determination and 16 in adaptability. Barthez at least became a 20 in coaching keepers when he became a coach. I'll still keep Ruud as a sentimental choice.

Oops. I waited until the next season had already officially started, so I can't do the statistical round-up that I usually do at the end of each year. I do know that Downing's average form of 9.12 in league play was the highest score in the league by a WIDE margin. Rooney was 2nd with an 8.42 average form. I really don't want to lose him. If I do, I think I'm going to make a play for Adu despite the steep price tag.

In any caase, time to start a new thread for the new season. I'll continue to periodically check this one over the next few days.
