New and Improved FBCB/FBPB Player Dynasty- Season 2 (2017-2018)

We're going to start Season 2 by taking a look at how our recruits teams did in Season 1.

C Patrick Hutt (Villanova), (Zinto)- The Wildcats finished the season 32-2, going a perfect 18-0 in Big East play. Unfortunately, they lost in the Round of 32.

SF Benito Sheppard (Stanford), (rjolley)- The Cardinal finished 22-13, and just 9-9 in the Pac 12. They still did enough to make the NCAA Tournament, where they also fell in the Round of 32.

SF Will Brown (Kansas), vex- The Jayhawks had a disappointing season by all accounts, finishing 23-11, and just 11-7 in the Big 12. They did make the NCAA Tournament but also lost in the Round of 32.

SG Bishop Palmer (LSU), (ntndeacon)- The Tigers finished 21-13, and just 9-9 in the SEC. They made the tournament, but had to play in a First Four game, which they lost.

SG Braydon Gale (Florida State), (breeze)- The Seminoles have some work to do, making Braydon's decision to sign here all the more baffling. They finished 11-20 overall, but 8-10 in the ACC, and missed the postseason.

PG Aaron Ginsberg (Vermont), David Corperial- The Catamounts had a nice season, finishing 25-9, and 12-4 in America East play. They got a bid to the NCAA Tournament but lost in the First Round.

That's it for now, it's starting to storm where I'm at, so I'm shutting things down. Weather permitting, I will try to get the recruit cards for season 2 taken care of for our 8 Season 2 recruits, but more than likely it won't happen until later in the week. Maybe tomorrow or Tuesday, as it is finals week at college so I may not be around much to post. I'll get it going ASAP though!

SG Jaybard Riley- It looks as if Jaybard has made the decision to go far from home, possibly. His new top 5 has Arkansas, Iowa, UCLA, Louisville, and Ohio State. Iowa and Ohio State, the Big Ten schools, have offered.

SG Al Mighty, JR- Al has a complete new top 5. Nobody has offered, but Baylor, Arkansas, Arizona, Gonzaga, and LSU are in the mix.

C Jace Hunter- It's gotten interesting for Jace, as right now he's only considering Arizona and... Hawaii?? Well, ok. Hawaii must have offered some very tempting bribes so far.

PF Darrin Hoag-Williams- Georgetown has offered, and they are 3rd on Darrin's list. The others are Villanova, Syracuse, Duke, and Maryland.

SF Frank Justyce- Frank looks to be deciding between the Big 12 and the PAC 12, as UCLA and Stanford are his top choices. Both have offered. He's getting looks and consideration from Big 12 schools Kansas, Oklahoma State, and Texas.

PG Bailey Hays- No offers yet for Bailey, but an interesting choice in his top 5. VCU is his 3rd choice in the top 5 right now. Also in are Villanova, Duke, North Carolina, and Marylans.

PF Tim Sheppard- Tim also has some interesting choices in his top 5. Louisville, Indiana, Butler, Cincinnati, and Kentucky are wooing Tim. Cincinnati has offered.

C Jamal Desal- Jamal is our annual not so good recruit, coming in at 1 star. It's not good for Jamal, as everybody has lost interest in him at the moment.

SG Jaybard Riley- It looks as if Jaybard has narrowed it down to Iowa, Arkansas, and Louisville. Iowa and Arkansas have offered, while Louisville has not.

SG Al Mighty, JR- No change in Al's top 5, the only difference is that he's received a scholarship offer from Baylor.

C Jace Hunter- I would like to say that Jace has come to his senses, but instead, he has dropped all schools from consideration except Hawaii. Really Jace? What the heck are they offering you? Everything but a scholarship so far it seems.

PF Darrin Hoag-Williams- It's between Villanova, Georgetown, Duke and Syracuse for Darrin. All except Duke have offered.

SF Frank Justyce- Frank looks to have made a decision already, as UCLA has offered, and he's cut off contact with all other schools for right now anyways.

PG Bailey Hays- The order of the top 5 has changed a bit, but the 5 schools remain the same for Bailey. The order is now as follows: Duke, Villanova, North Carolina, Maryland, and VCU. All have offered.

PF Tim Sheppard- The top 5 for Tim is exactly the same. All have offered except Kentucky.

C Jamal Desal- Still nothing for Jamal, which is a shame because I put him as the top rated 1 star recruit in the New York area, so I figured he'd have something by now.

SG Jaybard Riley- Jaybard has given a verbal commitment to Iowa, so unless something changes, he'll be a Hawkeye next season.

SG Al Mighty, JR- Al has narrowed it down to Baylor and Gonzaga. Gonzaga hasn't offered, so Al may be staying in his home state to play college basketball.

C Jace Hunter- Jace has allowed Arizona back in the mix, but is still considering Hawaii. However, neither have offered yet.

PF Darrin Hoag-Williams- Darrin has given Villanova a verbal commitment, so it looks like he will be playing ball alongside Patrick Hutt next season. That is unless Patrick goes pro or something changes with Darrin's recruiting.

SF Frank Justyce- UCLA still appears to be the choice, but Frank is at least talking with Oklahoma State, Iowa State, and Gonzaga. None have offered though, knowing they don't have much of a chance.

PG Bailey Hays- Bailey has given Duke a verbal, so it appears the opportunity to play for a legend like Coach K is too much to pass up.

PF Tim Sheppard- Louisville appears to be the choice for Tim, as he has given Rick Pitino a verbal.

C Jamal Desal- Still nothing for Jamal. This is getting old fast.

SG Jaybard Riley- San Diego State made a late push, but the deal was sealed. Jaybard will be going to Iowa next season to play for Fran McCaffrey.

SG Al Mighty, JR- Al will be staying in Texas to play, as he has signed with Baylor. Duke and Gonzaga were also in the mix.

C Jace Hunter- Now Jace is talking some business! He finally got smart and dismissed the idea of playing in Hawaii. He has no offers yet, but he's got an actual top 5 now: Louisville, Arizona, Wisconsin, Georgetown, and Notre Dame.

PF Darrin Hoag-Williams- Darrin has officially signed with Villanova, although Duke, Kentucky, Kansas, and Arizona were in the mix late.

SF Frank Justyce- Frank has committed to UCLA, but Oklahoma State, Kansas, Kentucky, and Ohio State made late pushes.

PG Bailey Hays- Bailey did what we figured he would do and signed with Duke. No other school was even giving him a look when he signed, as he made it pretty clear pretty early where he was going.

PF Tim Sheppard- Tim is going to Louisville to play for Coach Pitino, as he spurned offers from Notre Dame, Wisconsin, Kansas, and Iowa.

C Jamal Desal- Still nothing for Jamal. Ugh!

Sorry for the delay in posts, I've been dealing with finals week at school as well as a lot of baseball, but I'm back now.

It's time to look at the depth chart for this first season for our players. With nobody having used a redshirt, this will be pretty easy as I won't have to split it up.

C Patrick Hutt (Villanova)- Patrick is 8th on the depth chart, but should be the first big man off the bench, so he should get plenty of playing time. What do you want to do with him Zinto?

SF Benito Sheppard (Stanford)- Benito is projected as the starting SF, so no reason to redshirt him, but it's up to you rjolley.

SF Will Brown (Kansas)- Will is projected 7th in the depth chart, and he should get plenty of playing time, but it's up to you vex.

SG Bishop Palmer (LSU)- Bishop is projected to be the starting SG, so no real reason to redshirt him. What do you think ntndeacon?

SG Braydon Gale (Florida State)- Braydon is projected to be the starting SF. He's slid into the SF spot because of a lack of talent in that position otherwise. What do you want to do with him Breeze?

PG Aaron Ginsberg (Vermont)- Aaron is projected 8th on the depth chart, and will be the first guard off the bench, so he should see some decent PT. What would you like to do with him David Corperial?

As I have more baseball games and tournaments coming up the next couple days, I'll give everyone until Friday to decide what to do with your players. If I haven't heard from you, I'll send you a PM, and if I haven't gotten a response by Saturday, your player will play. Hope everyone is still following and enjoying.

So all 6 of our freshmen are playing, and let's take a look at where they rank overall as far as pro prospects:

Benito Sheppard is the top pro prospect this season, and while he hasn't declared yet, is almost certain to.

None of our other players were part of the top 50 overall pro prospects, but as far as Freshman Pro Prospects go:

Patrick Hutt is 11th.
Will Brown is 13th.
Bishop Palmer is 17th.
Braydon Gale is 50th.

Nov. 10-12, 2017

As with the coaches dynasty, the season starts on a Friday, so the first week will always be short, with just 3 days. We've got 8 games to cover, and 1 top performance.

Top Performances

Nov. 10- Bishop Palmer of LSU went off in the Tigers' First Round game of the New York Classic. Palmer started and played 30 minutes, scoring 31 points on 13-21 shooting, including 2-3 from the three point line. He was 3-5 from the free throw line and also had 7 rebounds, 2 assists, and a steal. All that earn him POTG as LSU won 67-39.

Now to the rest of the weekly recap:

FR C Patrick Hutt (#19 Villanova) -- 1-0, 0-0 Big East.

I am not going to do a summary recap of every player like I have in the past, the stats will tell you all you need to know about your player. If something big happens, like an injury or something like that, I'll report on it, but for the most part, the player recap will just be stats.

Now, I did say I was going to have awards, and I don't think there's any doubt who our FOFC Freshman of the Week should be. Bishop Palmer of LSU gets the nod. In 2 games this week, he averaged 26 points and 6 rebounds. I have a feeling Bishop will be getting a lot of these awards as currently he is 1 of only 2 freshmen that are starting.

Now for the national top 25 going into next week:

No big surprise to see Vermont getting a fair number of votes here, after a mild upset over St. John's.

What do you guys think of the updated format? It's only subtle changes I know, and there will be weeks where we have top performances and key/feature games both, but I like it, and I think I'm going to stick with it for a while at least.

I like the format.

Also, Benito will challenge for a lot of those FOFC FOW awards, thank you very much.

Heh! I hope so, it's going to get quite boring handing the award to the same player every week!

No POTG performances, key games, or feature games this week, but we did have one major upset from one of our FOFC teams, so let's review it.

Nov. 17- Nobody gave Vermont much of a chance in this Coaches vs. Cancer Classic semifinal against top ranked Baylor, but the Catamounts forced 20 Baylor turnovers and shot 54.5% in route to a 100-96 upset to advance to the Coaches vs. Cancer Championship game! Aaron Ginsberg did his part off the bench, playing 14 minutes and scoring 8 points along with getting an assist and a steal.

Now to the rest of the weekly recap:

FR C Patrick Hutt (#16 Villanova) -- 2-0, 0-0 Big East.

11/14/17 at #20 Gonzaga (W 85-75), came off bench, 23 mins played, 3 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 block.

FR SF Benito Sheppard (#19 Stanford) -- 2-1, 0-0 Pac 12.

11/17/17- Coaches vs. Cancer Classic Semifinal vs. (1) #6 Kentucky (L 86-56), started game, 23 mins played, 19 points, 8 rebounds.

FR SF Will Brown (#12 Kansas) -- 2-0, 0-0 Big 12.

11/16/17 at Alabama A&M (W 62-40), came off bench, 13 mins played, 2 rebounds, 1 assist.

FR SG Bishop Palmer (LSU) -- 3-1, 0-0 SEC.

11/16/17- New York Classic Semifinals vs. (3) Buffalo (W 82-74), started game, 27 mins played, 19 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists.
11/17/17- New York Classic Championship vs. (1) Illinois (L 80-70), started game, 32 mins played, 20 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, (Fouled Out).

FR SG Braydon Gale (Florida State) -- 1-1 ACC.

11/13/17 vs. Southern Miss (W 81-73, OT), started game, 45 mins played, 10 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists.
11/17/17 at #9 Michigan State (L 94-59), started game, 28 mins played, 8 points, 4 rebounds.

FR PG Aaron Ginsberg (Vermont) -- 3-1, 0-0 America East.

11/17/17- Coaches vs. Cancer Classic Semifinals vs. (2) #1 Baylor- upset game, highlighted above.
11/18/18- Coaches vs. Cancer Classic Championship vs. (1) #6 Kentucky (L 82-56), came off bench, 21 mins played, 9 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal).

Weekly Award

So we've got 3 players starting right now, with 3 coming off the bench. Braydon Gale didn't do enough to get the FOW award, so it's between Benito and Bishop again. It was very, very close, and Benito had a great 19 point, 8 rebound effort in a loss to Kentucky, their only game of the week, but once again I'm giving the Freshman of the Week award to Bishop Palmer of LSU. Don't get me wrong, Benito deserved it, but he was 8-23 shooting in Stanford's lone game of the week.

In 2 LSU games, Bishop averaged 19.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 3 assists a week, but what gave him the nod was his 13-25 shooting over 2 games, shooting 18% better. So Benito competed for the award, but Bishop gets it by the slimmest of margins. And if you're wondering, the level of competition definitely came into play, as Kentucky is very good, but so are Buffalo and Illinois. Just don't want to offend anybody who thinks they deserve an award and doesn't get one.

Now let's look at the national top 25 heading into next week:

Unbelievable! Even after the upset win against Baylor, the bad loss to Kentucky cost Vermont their mid-major votes. I don't agree.

Weekly Award

Pretty easy call for FOTW this week, as for the 3rd straight week, the award goes to Bishop Palmer of LSU. Bishop didn't have the best of weeks, but it was better than any of our other players. He finished with 25 minutes per game, and 16.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1 steal a game.

Now for a look at the national top 25 going into next week:

Nov. 27-Dec. 3, 2017

10 games this week, and the only thing of note is 1 POTG performance, so we'll start there.

Nov. 27- Bishop Palmer of LSU has done it again, getting his 2nd POTG award this season with a 25 points, 8 rebound, 2 assist, 1 block effort in a 75-51 win over Nicholls State. He was 11-20 shooting but just 2-8 from three point land. He was also 1-1 from the line.

Now for the rest of the games:

FR C Patrick Hutt (#8 Villanova) -- 4-0, 0-0 Big East.

11/28/17 vs. Drexel (W 87-53), came off bench, 18 mins played, 3 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist, 3 blocks.

FR SF Benito Sheppard (#22 Stanford) -- 4-1, 0-0 Pac 12.

12/3/17 vs. Northern Kentucky (W 85-74), started game, 26 mins played, 16 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist.

FR SF Will Brown (#13 Kansas) -- 6-2, 0-0 Big 12.

11/28/17 vs. High Point (W 74-61), came off bench, 16 mins played, 2 points, 3 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal.
11/30/17 vs. BYU (L 70-58), came off bench, 14 mins played, 5 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist.

FR SG Bishop Palmer (LSU) -- 6-1, 0-0 SEC.

11/27/17 vs. Nicholls State- POTG performance, highlighted above.

FR SG Braydon Gale (Florida State) -- 1-5, 0-0 ACC.

11/27/17 at #16 Gonzaga (L 71-39), started game, 32 mins played, 8 points, 1 steal.
11/29/17 at Northern Iowa (L 80-79, OT), started game, 40 mins played, 26 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal.
12/3/17 at Georgia (L 75-63), started game, 28 mins played, 20 points, 4 rebounds, 2 blocks, 2 steals.

FR PG Aaron Ginsberg (Vermont) -- 7-1, 0-0 America East.

11/29/17 at UTSA (W 70-61), came off bench, 13 mins played, 13 points, 2 rebounds, 1 block.
12/3/17 vs. Akron (W 69-52), came off bench, 18 mins played, 1 rebound, 3 assists, 1 steal.

FOFC Freshman of the Week- Bishop Palmer (LSU)

A much tougher choice than last week, with 3 players in the mix. I have to give it to Bishop for the 4th straight week. It's hard to pass on a POTG performance, and Bishop has the only ones so far. No discredit to Benito Sheppard, who had a nice 16 point effort. Also in the running was Braydon Gale. His downfall was his 8 point effort against Gonzaga. Had he had a good game there, we'd probably be giving him the award.

FOFC Freshman of the Month- Bishop Palmer (LSU)

Is this really a surprise? He was a perfect 4-4 for FOFC Freshman of the Week awards. He had 2 POTG performances, the only POTG performances of any of our FOFC players in November. I believe he will be challenged in the coming months, but the month of November belonged to Bishop.

Now for the national top 25 going into next week:

FR C Patrick Hutt (#8 Villanova) -- 5-0, 0-0 Big East.

12/9/17 vs. Albany (W 71-38), came off bench, 25 mins played, 1 point, 8 rebounds.

12/8/17 vs. Northern Colorado (W 81-52), started game, 25 mins played, 16 points, 4 rebounds, 5 assists, 1 steal.

12/9/17 vs. Texas (L 70-56), started game, 34 mins played, 14 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists.

FR PG Aaron Ginsberg (Vermont) -- 7-2, 0-0 America East.

12/5/17 vs. St. Bonaventure (L 44-41), came off bench, 14 mins played, 2 rebounds, 1 steal.

FOFC Freshman of the Week: Benito Sheppard (Stanford) -- This was about as close a race as we've had so far in this. Bishop Palmer had a better PPG average, but he also played considerably more minutes in his 2 games. The TPG was even, the RPG and BPG were in favor of Benito, while the APG and SPG were slightly in favor of Bishop. Benito had a better shooting percentage though, albeit slightly, and he took better advantage of his minutes, having a slightly better points per minute ratio. Believe me, this was one award that was very tough to decide, and I'm glad I don't have to decide them for real life situations!

Now a look at the national top 25 going into next week:

FOFC Freshman of the Week: Bishop Palmer (LSU) -- After a week of missing this award, Bishop reclaims it this week. All 3 of our freshman that start regularly had pretty equal stats. In Bishop's lone game this week, he scored 18 points and added 4 rebounds and 4 assists. He had the highest PPG, RPG, and APG total of all our players, although he was beaten out in some of the other categories. His overall 46.7% shooting was the best for the week, but the other 2 starters had a better free throw percentage than him, and many more attempts. The other 2 starters also shot many more three pointers. Overall though, I think Bishop deserved this award.

If anybody wants to dispute or discuss or debate any of my awards, feel free. I'm not saying I'll change them, but I'm always open for discussion on how to better choose the award winners.

The national top 25 heading into next week is as follows:

We have 10 games to cover this week, and 1 of this is a POTG performance.

POTG Performance

Dec. 21- Probably not your normal POTG performance, but Benito Sheppard scored 19 points and had 4 rebounds, and 1 assist as Stanford walked all over ECU 70-49. Benito got his 19 points on 7-12 shooting from the field including 2-3 from the three point line, but was just 3-6 from the free throw line.

Now to the rest of the weekly recap:

FR C Patrick Hutt (#6 Villanova) -- 11-0, 0-0 Big East.

12/18/17- Diamond Head Classic First Round vs. (8) UC Santa Barbara (W 80-49), came off bench, 18 mins played, 4 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal, 2 blocks.
12/19/17- Diamond Head Classic Semifinal vs. (4) Miami (W 82-67), came off bench, 18 mins played, 7 rebounds, 1 assist, 2 blocks, (Fouled Out).
12/20/17- Diamond Head Classic Championship vs. (2) VCU (W 72-64), came off bench, 21 mins played, 3 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists.

FR SF Benito Sheppard (Stanford) -- 8-2, 0-0 Pac 12.

12/21/17 vs. ECU- POTG Performance, highlighted above.

FR SF Will Brown (#19 Kansas) -- 9-2, 0-0 Big 12.

12/22/17 vs. Boise State (W 83-50), came off bench, 17 mins played, 4 rebounds.

FR SG Bishop Palmer (LSU) -- 9-3, 0-0 SEC.

12/20/17 at Iowa State (L 70-47), started game, 31 mins played, 8 points, 10 rebounds, 1 steal.
12/24/17 at North Texas (W 94-70), started game, 26 mins played, 15 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal.

FR SG Braydon Gale (Florida State) -- 3-7, 0-0 ACC.

No games this week for Braydon and the Seminoles.

FR PG Aaron Ginsberg (Vermont) -- 10-3, 1-0 America East.

12/18/17 vs. South Carolina State (W 60-32), came off bench, 16 mins played, 2 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist.
12/22/17 at Ball State (W 56-44), came off bench, 28 mins played, 1 point, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 steals.
12/24/17 at UMass Lowell (W 74-54), came off bench, 22 mins played, 4 points, 2 rebounds, 1 assist, 2 steals.

FOFC Freshman of the Week: Benito Sheppard (Stanford) -- Benito is starting to match Bishop Palmer of LSU when it comes to these awards, as he confidently predicted he would. This week, Stanford had just 1 game, but Benito started it, had 19 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 turnover in 26 minutes of action. He also shot 58.3% from the field and 66.7% from three point land. His weakness this week was free throw shooting as he was just 50%. However, his performance in this lone game was enough to give him the POTG.

While his toughest competition for this award was of course Bishop Palmer, the week that Bishop had was less than desirable. Bishop and the LSU Tigers had 2 games this week. Bishop averaged 11.5 points and a respectable 6.5 rebounds a game. What got him in trouble was his 4.5 turnovers a game, along with 25% shooting from the field and 11.1% shooting from the three point line. Yikes!

Congrats to Benito on another award. Our FOFC players have 1 more week left this month to pad their stats for the FOFC Frosh of the Month award.

Just a note, from now on, I will include all the stats, including turnovers and shooting percentages in the game reports. This will give everyone an idea of how they are getting their points and how well they are taking care of the ball.

Alright, to the polls. The national top 25 going into next week:

Dec. 25-31, 2017

11 games on the schedule this week, and 1 POTG Performance.

Dec. 26- Benito Sheppard is at it again, earning another POTG performance with 18 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 block, and 1 steal as Stanford beat Montana State on the road, 64-44. Benito was 6-9 from the field, 3-5 from the FT line, and 3-4 from 3P land.

Now for the rest of the weekly recap:

FR C Patrick Hutt (#5 Villanova) -- 12-1, 1-1 Big East.

FR SF Benito Sheppard (#20 Stanford) -- 10-2, 0-0 Pac 12.

12/26/17 at Montana State- POTG Performance, highlighted above.
12/30/17 at Buffalo (W 71-63), started game, 25 mins played, 16 points, 3 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal, 1 block, 2 turnovers, 5-9 FG, 5-6 FT, 1-2 3P.

FR SG Braydon Gale (Florida State) -- 3-9, 0-1 ACC.

12/27/17 at #1 Louisville (L 67-57), started game, 21 mins played, 6 points, 2 rebounds, 1 assist, 7 turnovers, 3-6 FG.
12/30/17 vs. #18 Tennessee (L 71-69), started game, 35 mins played, 25 points, 5 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal, 1 block, 3 turnovers, 9-17 FG, 3-3 FT, 4-10 3P.

FR PG Aaron Ginsberg (Vermont) -- 12-3, 3-0 America East.

12/27/17 vs. New Hampshire (W 81-40), came off bench, 14 mins played, 1 point, 1 rebound, 3 assists, 1 steal, 1-2 FT.

FOFC Freshman of the Week: Benito Sheppard (Stanford) -- It was another close one, but Benito gets the award with slightly better numbers than Bishop Palmer. On the week, Benito averaged 17 points a game (Bishop had 17 PPG as well), 4.5 RPG, 2 APG 1 SPG and 1 BPG. By comparison, Bishop only had 1 game this week, and he had 3 rebounds, 1 assist, and 2 turnovers. While Benito did have more turnovers, as he averaged 2.5 TPG, he shot better. 61.1% from the field, and 66.7% from 3P land. He also had 1 POTG award this week.

FOFC Freshman of the Month: Benito Sheppard (Stanford) -- I had to really think about this one, as Bishop had a better PPG, RPG, APG, and SPG margin than Benito, but the much better shooting from the field and 3 point line, along with an over 1 TPG better difference than Bishop, gives Mr. Sheppard the award. For the month of December, Benito averaged 16.9 PPG, 3.8 RPG, 1.9 APG, 0.4 SPG, 0.5 BPG, and 2.4 turnovers a game. He was 48-95 FG shooting, good for 50.5%, and 15-28 from 3P land, good for 53.6% shooting. His FT shooting wasn't great, as he was 24-35 from the FT line in December for just 68.6%, but he shot so much better from the field that it was hard not to give him this award.

Here's a look at the national top 25 heading into next week:

Code:
# Team FPV Record Points Prv Conference -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Ohio State (64) 13-0 1792 3 Big Ten Conference 2. Villanova losing their first game of the season this week knocked them down a couple spots and took away their FPV. Kansas beat 2 ranked opponents, I figured they'd have a higher jump, especially since Stanford had almost the same jump by beating a couple nobodies.

1 of our recruits still hasn't been recruited, and I mean that literally. He is still not being looked at by anybody. Looks like Jamal will not make an appearance in this dynasty unless something happens.

Guys, I hate do this, and I know I'm going to upset some people and this will be the last straw with them, but I am going to scrap this dynasty.

The reasons why are very simple. Aside from working multiple part time jobs, I am getting ready to become a full time student again. I just don't have time for everything. I'm cutting my projects in half, and quite honestly, with me getting into coaching, I get more involved with my interactive coaches dynasty, and I'd like to devote more time to it.

I apologize for anybody that is upset by this, I know a lot of you are following my coaches dynasty and have a coach in it. For anybody that doesn't and wants one, please let me know and I'll get you in.

Hope you guys understand, unfortunately real life gets in the way and I'm putting a lot of projects on hold. At some point I may try another player dynasty, but I definitely get more enjoyment out of the coaches dynasty. Thanks to those who signed up and followed, and I certainly hope you'll continue to follow my coaches dynasty.

No need to apologize, man. Thanks for the dynasty.

Congrats on going back to school. What are you studying? What sport are you coaching?

Thanks for that, I know you have a coach or 2 in my coaches dynasty, I'll keep that going.

Right now I'm just finishing up some junior college stuff, then transferring to a 4 year university for sports management. I coach basketball and baseball both, just youth looks. I'm looking to get into some school jobs, and eventually become an Athletic Director.

Very kool.

I coached basketball for a couple of years with an AAU team. Since we've moved, I might try to find a team out here to work with.

No problem. It's definitely understandable that you have to scrap this dynasty. Priorities, right? Good luck with school, coaching and the like, and I'm pulling for you to become an athletic director someday.
