Help - need roster set FOF - 4th edition

Help,

My hard drive crashed and lost all of my data, where can I download the latest roster set from FOF - 4th edition.

Thanks and does this work with earlier versions of FOF - I have 4th edition

The FOF Historical Project site has a few roster files for FOF4, but 2003 seems to be the last one they have. There are also historical draft files for FOF4 there as well...
