I'm not knocking his idea, but really, it looks a lot better now given yesterday's events which were caused by something we had no idea was even possible.

You think we'd be in better shape if we'd completely ignored the camp? Perhaps it doesn't make a difference whether we miss converting them by 1 unit of work or 100, but what if it does?

This is my line of thought as well. I fear if we would have went all-in on the mission yesterday, we'd have had to come back from too much of a hole to convert the next few camps.

I'm not sure how I feel on the whole miss by a lot or miss by a little idea. I don't think I'll take that as a worry until I see the result of actually missing by a lot

My point there was just that Danny's idea sounds great *NOW*, given the fact that we know we missed the camp.

I should add, when I say the bolded I mean it in the light of "I'm not going to advocate completely ignoring a mission and missing it by a lot until we know that it doesn't hurt us extra to do so".

Thoguht I'd clear that up since it seemed ambiguous when I re-read it.

I still don't really see how that idea would've been great. If that had happened, the wolves would've won the camp by default and we likely wouldn't have learned about the warrant or that division of work gets written up. Those are two kind of crucial pieces of information. We have a good chance to take this town - if we'd gone into this one not knowing about the warrant? Please.

Good points, no doubt.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'm basically a whole lotta "meh" about that topic now. I'm not really keen on either loving or hating Danny and anyone who supported it.

Well, duh -- there's not even a mission to go on today! My thinking was that it was pretty obviously that it's the way we should have gone yesterday in hindsight. And I'm not sure what to make of that -- part of me wants to completely trust him, because why would a wolf have us abort the camps if they were going to prevent us from winning them anyway? But another part of me wonders how he got to be so clairvoyant about it.

Maybe the wolf would want to have us abort the camps for the reason you just gave yourself

I don't think we can put this beyond a wolf. I would think the wolves would be happy wtih one of many ways to screw us up each day. If they could save their arrest for another time and have us screw up the camps all by our lonesome, why not? I would think they'd be happy with that. Then they could pull out the arrest another day.

Frankly, I don't think a wolf would be pushing today. There are no clear suspects, it's unlikely that we'll pull up a wolf until somebody does some digging and analysis. Why have a wolf running around making a show of himself and becoming a target?

still catching up but I think it is a stretch to assume we would win another camp by winning a mission, whats the point of winning camps then?

It just strikes me as convienent logic.

I especially think it's unlikely that an item would win us a camp.

I thought it was pretty clear from yesterday's setup that Abe was giving us a dilemma. We had a very hard camp to win, yet there were all kinds of tantalizing goodies over in the depot. It's like on Survivor when they tempt them with a bunch of food they can come eat if they cash out on the challenge.

I disagree with that. I think the items could be of great help at some point.

one other thing I will mention.

Poli said he thinks there may have been a BG block last night then claimed he has a role today, seems like he could have been setting up for a fake reveal.

I have also seen him use the over the top pissed off person as a defense in the past when he was a wolf.

Thanks Autumn. That leaves me, TheNorm, Schmidty, Chief Rum, Danny, and PB left. If Schmidty finishes organization, and two more finish treasury, we'll be able to use the other three as backup.
