They engaged in different types of sexual activities, police said. The relationship continued through December 2012. They met up at Fichter's place at Cobblestone Landing apartments in Lakeland and in the car somewhere in rural Hillsborough.

The teenager told police, they had about 10 to 20 dates at her place in which they engaged in sexual intercourse and another 15-20 times in the car.

The affidavit states 10 more counts of sex with a minor. Fichter already has 20 charges against her.

She is in the Polk County jail. Her bond is now set at over $500,000.

Police say Fichter also played online games with this alleged victim.

“That is the first thing she does is get down on their level,” Sgt. Gross said. “They can call her by the first name, we can play Words with Friends, and the next thing you know touchy-feely, we have a relationship,” Sgt. Gross said.

Gross said they aren’t sure whether more victims are out there. He said male victims are very reluctant to come forward in cases like these.
