not totally but in my eyes it pushes him up on the trust list especially with his tracking response. Granted Jag did say that the "cleared" is better trusted then the "seer" in cases like this. But for today, I trust mauboy totally.

MrBug/Chief - You guys probably think I'm crazy, but I don't trust my own scan. The following two scenarios are very possible:
If Chief is wolf and Bug is villager: This could make sense. Chief would have to have a cunning power where he scans as good which is megaeasy to have. Abe could have given the wolves that anyway if Chief was like the leader or something with a special power. So Chief scanning good to me says to me that Bug also scanned chief and got the same Villager result.
If Bug is wolf and Chief is villager: If Chief really is villager, then my scan was genuine with no wolf power funny business. Bug then revealed for no reason and didn't even say who he was scanning....so why reveal? Just to gain trust. But he didn't really need to do that. So that's why that might be a villager move. But wolves could do that too. So if Bug is a wolf, he could just say he scanned Chief just to mimmick what I said as I alraedy told him the result. Very conveniently.
Both?: Well sure if one could be true, both could be true.
Both villager? Well yeah. That would mean my scan was legit, Bug's scan was legit (and prematurely ...um...spoken, and Chief...well is just weird.
I just have a hunch there's a wolf in there.

DV - I forgot he was playing. Only a very tiny chance here. Day one kinda clears him.

Narcizo - Keeps his head down and analyzes as he usually does. But he does that a lot. Don't know about his wolfy like play. Analysis is always a good place to hide a wolf.

mckerney - No idea. Since he got into it with Chief day one, this could actually be something. Did Chief find a wolf? Was mckerney and DT really a wolf two-pack (Tupac)? Biggest unknown here.

bhlloy - I didn't think all 3 of the bhlloy/packer/dward quiet groups were wolves. I thought one or two. Well we've got those now. And The past couple days he has seemed pretty good. Or good at hiding it.

CrimsonFox - Sure lynch me. I've done the scan I wanted. Didn't expect to live this long and today I was really trying to avoid getting nightkilled tonight so I could scan mauboy. I did not vote packer today as I wanted to see who would and how fast. Wolves always jump on the lynch train right after a scan reveal. So I had no reason to. Plus it gets the wolves off my ass for a night at least. So I humbly sacrifice myself for the good of the Kai so you can verify any story I've told as well as my behavior and votes. Packer caught me by surprise at the end. I did have a vote change ready, but then I got distracted by trying to find pillsbury doughboy videos.

Totally trust: Lathum, Hoops (perhaps foolishly), Mauboy, Jackal, JAG

I think that if you think one of Chief or myself is a wolf, then you would have to assume that the other would be.

Not saying you are wrong in your assumption, but knowing his skills and that he has tracking doesnt mean that much. Seems like with your concerns that you would have targeted me instead of Mauboy as that would have cleared me much more than Mauboy

Nice going Jag and, well, everyone else. Wolves screwed that one up.

Vote PackerFanatic
Vote Nightfall

Voting patterns should actually be pretty interesting yesterday - despite the late runaway. Nightfall also fits in nicely with my packed work schedule today.

Unfortunately there is some bad news - I have lickle woodland creatures and I sent them to check up on JAG. Once again my timezone issues have screwed with my role. I had a lot of suspicion about him but I thought his analysis is too good too waste by voting off so I wanted to be sure. I sent my order in and went to bed. Sorry guys. Guess whether he's KAI or not. Go on. Just guess.

At dinner time, you agree to split off, and again perform the ceremony. As before, the votes are very close, but the decision has been made, and Initiate Thomkal has been selected. Unlike last night, he makes no move to protect himself. As multiple Mindblasts from those of you that can use them pierce his mental defenses, you are able to completely erase his being. He is now a virtually brain dead person, who has to be led around and told to do things. You get him protection from one of the refugees. It is clear that he was a Kai Initiate, and not one of the Darklords.

Night Actions will be processed as soon as I can.

Is Abe being a smartass here? I can't read yellow on white.

oh that reveal. The metagame reveal. It wasn't me. It was you Danny and mckerney. And I really didn't remember who it was either. Never really wanted to bring it up again. Rereading that day after my revealed scan, your responses to me do sound legit, but you later said something else that made no sense. It might have just been a slip. I've said I distrust Chief more than you anyway. Mainly for his last second stuff that day with votes and all his weird claims.

I still do not believe a word of this. When you vote last second to not realize that you may be changing something important. That is EXACTLY why you vote last second. To change something important. THis answer is just....just...

This bothers be a little. Very accusatory about Chief and the innocence of those that suspect his statement was so false. And it was in response to this:

I never saw anything from Abe saying that villagers did not receive PMs. I've gone back and looked and looked. Granted, it all blends in. But is mauboy making stuff up here?

I think his scan was legit regardless and I don't see wolves wasting scans as a night action. I also don't see wolves outing the fact that they made a scan and received a track. Then again mauboy is chaotic. The most chaotic player I've ever played with, which is why I sixthsensed him. I just don't see him revealing all the stuff he did as a wolf. But please mau, where did you see that ?

I was kind of thinking that Chief having two independent clears was blue-worthy. But point taken, if there's a cunning role. I'll repost.

Ok I take it back. My timezone issues are great ¨- If either Hoops or I came back and move our votes to Packer, Jag would have been lynched (unless he has hunting as well). If Hoops and I both came back and moved our votes JAG would be dead and dwarda still alive (although our next lynch target).

Guess whether he's KAI or not. Go on. Just guess.

I can't believe how many people chose that discipline. I thought most people would take Sixth Sense and Tracking.

If anyone has Weaponskill, I'd recommend taking a shot at CF and we can probably polish this game off whenever the day concludes, unless he has one of the foils to that skill (and we know one of his disciplines isn't since he has Sixth Sense, and there's a reasonable chance he's not lying about having Animal Kinship as well, otherwise a Sixth Sense scan of him would show him to be lying). I'm highly confident he's the last wolf.

Only DV and PF needed for unanimous nightfall.

OK quickly as I really have to do work.

My interpretation of day three. Dwardza emerges as a contender. We get some other candidates in Bhlloy and Lathum. Packer ties Bhlloy up with Dwardza, for example and dwardza pushes Lathum up. At some stage between 19:49 and 20:16 (I'm guessing after bhlloy makes his self-defence switch to Dw) the wolves decide to throw Dwardza under the bus so Packer switches to him. It raises questions about the people voting lathum and bhlloy but I don't think it's hugely damning. There's probably only two other wolves left - possibly just one, possibly three so I don't actually think they could make much of an effort other than what we see. They/he might not even have voted yet.

I need to read through before I can make many more conclusions but I don't have the time now. I'll try and get back this evening. This is kind of rushed but I wanted to get something down while it's fresh in my head.

I don't think it's a coincidence that at the end of D3 CF is the only unknown on Lathum in such a way that would've saved dward from getting lynched once PF's hunter skill kicked in.

It's hard to chop up your posts. I wasn't accusing Chief but was saying if Chief was bad, it would make sense that I would be bad as well.

I had also never saw that post about nobody else receiving it (duh) and apparently I wasn't the only one.

Maybe we should have Abe kill DV since he hasn't be on for a while and has hardly said anything?

It means JAG thinks that CF left his vote on you to make sure that the lynch hit you instead of Dwarda once it had bounced off of Packer.

Dunno about it myself. Seems likes that would be sacrificing Crimson for a couple more days of keeping dwarda alive. If it is the case then I doubt Crimson is the only wolf left after Packer goes to baddyland.

DV explained his situation and said he would be around more on Thursday - it's hardly going to be a thriving centre of activity today anyway so I think that would be ranging from very premature to the outright bad.

CF immediately disputed my scan even though it made no sense not to believe it, to the point of absurdity by leaving his vote on Lathum. He had a nonsensical switch to Lathum about 25 mins before I revealed, which coincidentally (if you really believe that) dward followed him. And yes Lathum, I believe he intentionally left his vote on you so that PF could pull that last minute vote switch.

If there is a fifth wolf, I'd have to take another look through things, but nothing sticks out that I can think of off-hand like it did for CF / PF / dward.

Any villagers have weapon skill? Maybe we should use our extra time today to come up with someone to night kill?

I would imagine any villager might be hesitant to do so, in case a wolf has a bodyguard skill

A wolf BG seems unlikely because they have a much smaller pool of wolves to protect than a villager BG (and they won't accidentally protect a villager as a villager could accidentally protect a wolf). Seeing as we're about to kill our third wolf and have only lost three villagers, with this huge lead I think if someone has Weaponskill, this is a great time to make use of it.

If its 5 wolves they only have 2 left, body guard can't protect himself, even if we hit on a protected wolf it gives us a great place to start the lynch discussion tomorrow.

If we are agreeing to do a Weapon night-attack, then let me go ahead and be the attacker. I assume that our target should be Crimson.

I don't see a reason for us to overlap on this - lets not have multiple people wasting the power. I've also got Mindshield, so they won't have any recourse for stopping me other than potential unknown wolf powers.

Don't bother using any powers to protect me - if I'm not successful tonight and I'm still alive I'll keep the attack for use later. If they manage to kill me tonight then just proceed with the regularly scheduled lynch tomorrow.

Let me know if I'm missing anything obvious with this plan.

I tend to agree. I was kind of hoping the target wouldn't be announced in the thread in case the wolves have methods of countering, but I have no problems with the plan. And if they are able to counter with the skills they have left, hoops would still have his ability and we'd have info on CF.

Yeah I don't think this was smart at all. Weaponskill is not a one use skill, if everybody hit the same target tonight it wouldn't have mattered.
