In the 3rd match Sweden wins their first with a suprising victory ovr Russia 6-4. They led the whole way but Russie never got closer than 1.

Match 4 saw Germany destroy the US, 8-1.

Match 5 had the home team beating Sweden soundly 7-3.

Match 6, Germany stunned Russia 5-4 as Russia had a chance for a two and a win in the 10th end but misplayed the shot.

Germany vs. Canada

The match is not good for Canada fromthe start, Germany gets out to a 4-0 lead after a two and then earning singles without the hamme before Canada finally got on the board but Germany goes on to a, 8-2 victory.

Germany has won the bronze.

Gold Medal Match

Sweden vs. Russia

Russia get on the board first with a 2 but Sweden answers back with a 2 for the tie. Each team exchanges a 1 or a 3-3 tie. After Sweden gets a 2 in the 9th to take a 5-3 lead they give the hammer to Russia in the 10th and the Russians come through with a 2 to tie, they were just inches away from a 3rd for the win.

The match goes to the 11th end with Sweden having the hammer.

The Russians play the 11th well and are setup to steal a point but then the shot of a lifetime leaves Sweden on point with their final rock and they upset the Russians 6-5 for the gold!!!!

Gold - Sweden
Silver - Russia
Bronze - Germany

In all the excitement everyone is concerned that there are evil people who hae infiltrated the village and must be doing harm to the games.

They think it could be ntndeacon or Danny. Finally they decide on Danny and he is harrassed until he finally admits his crime. He jaywalked to get to the arena. He cannot handle the shame and leaves the village.

Danny was a vanilla villager.

Seeing that I'm still in the game I must say my availability tomorrow may be scarce. Did I spell that right? Anyhow, I'm attending the glazier football clinic in downtown and about my only downtime between sessions is lunch and dinner right through our deadline.
