If you guys were BFFs for 3 yrs. or so... I'd show up and say, "hah, you can't hide from me!" *evil laugh* But that's just me. It depends on the person though, some ppl don't like that kind of thing.

Yeah, I'm not sure about this whole thing. If you guys are BFFs it's not really an etiquette question, that's more for lesser acquaintances. And when people were like "Oh no, don't just show up," you were like, "Nah, it'd be no problem, we're good like that." So what was your question?

You should have just led with "I know this chick who was a Suicide Girl. Want to see some pics?"

I think she probably has a different idea of catching up than you do. Sometimes people say "we should catch up" but don't really mean it.

Absolutely not impossible. A good...66% of my closest friends in the world are women that I have absolutely no desire to have sex with. In fact I'd literally turn it down, without a second's thought.

And I dunno...just wanted to see if folks thought it'd be super-weird. Although I guess since there really aren't that many women on this board I wasn't likely to get an answer that was from a woman's POV.
