Hilarity ensues as a Arab-American administrator hires an old-school Southern football coach who has watched his profession pass him by. Will either survive? Or will unlikely romance blossom ala Chief Gillespie & Harriet DeLong?

Fulmer says Minnesota 'not a good fit' » GoVolsXtra

Former Tennessee football coach Phillip Fulmer is not ruling out a return to coaching. It just won't be at Minnesota.

“It would have to be the right opportunity,'' Fulmer said Thursday night.

Fulmer, 60, confirmed a report by WNML radio that he said the vacant Minnesota job is "not a good fit" for him.

Fulmer said Tuesday that he felt the Minnesota job had potential, though he stopped short of saying he would take the job if offered.

The Minneapolis Star-Tribune reported Fulmer was among the possible candidates.

Translation: Minnesota is not interested in Fulmer.
