Also, Icy, how do you drop players? There are a couple of low level guys on my team who are inactive that I want to get rid of but I can't figure out how to do it...

About dropping players, go to the manage team page, then contracts, then at the very right of every player you got a button that says "Options" there you have a button to release the players.

So do you want to leave? i must admit that your player is not as developed as the others in the team, so i can't give you as much playing time as i would like (i gave you 24 minutes in the last 2 games that were vs easy rivals).

What about if i sell you for cheap (just something symbolic to avoid to be thought to be cheating the system) to Jeeber's team (that is acting as our feeder team) so you can be there the top star of the team and help him to get more wins while improving your player? my idea with having a feeder team was that, to send there our underdeveloped players that can be stars in that team and get the playing time that they won't in the first team.

Anyway, up to you, just let me know.

About the players not appearing in tactics, it happens every time you add a new player to the team, just click on clear for every Q and it will reset.

Today game is so important for us, so here are the tactics we will use. They are a team slighty better than us, but we can exploit that we have 2 nice centers and they have only one, so let's give the ball to our centers to try to make theirs to foul out of the game. Of course our great PG Hunter will receive a good amount of passes too:

Starters play intensity: HARD
Backups play intensity: HARD

Shooting Parameters: Each one set the % to his best player abilities but following this more or less:

C and PF: 75 inside, 20 floor, 5 three
SF: 20 inside, 60 floor, 20 three
SG and PG: 5 inside, 60 floor, 35 three

If any of you is really good at three (40+), raise that value.

Play Style: Normal for everybody but the PGs.
PGs play style: Normal

Play Time: Short for everybody to create more chances and to move the ball fast. If you have 40+ at dribling, you can set it at normal.

Passing Preferences: Our best best scorers (PG, PF and C) will receive most of the load.

For the PG's set it to:
C=35%
PF=35%
SF=10%
SG=20%

For the SG's set it to:
C=25%
PF=25%
SF=10%
PG=40%

For the SF's set it to:
C=30%
PF=20%
SG=15%
PG=35%

For the PF's set it to:
C=35%
SF=10%
SG=20%
PG=35%

For the C's set it to:
PF=30%
SF=10%
SG=20%
PG=40%

You are going to play a full Q today as SG and another i'll try you as SF, and will get more play time from now as i'm making some tactical tests and could use your great shooting. If you still want to get out of the team let me know and i'll release you so you can search for another team.

Reminder for everybody, keep the team page updated so i can see your ratings including your equipment, as i can't see them inside the game. I use that page to setup the tactics, so if you don't update your player, you will get less play time as i won't know how good you are.

Great job today gents. Good to see that their 3 top shooters were all 50% or lower. That 1/13 from behind the arc for their SG is pretty amusing to imagine watching.

FYI, for the way the sim is currently, you seem to be penalized by trying to make yourself a diverse shooter. It seems to be better to focus primarily on your highest shooting stat and let the others rot. For example my floor is much higher than the other two values so I've been running with 5 inside 90 floor 5 three for a while and it seems to have helped my shooting percentage quite a bit.

I don't know how y'all are doing with the whole betting thing out of whack but there are some crazy odds flying around when it isn't all stuck on 1.3 everywhere.

My last two bets have netted me over $500k per player (after barely starting, Green Teeeeee- my new guy- is almost at $1 million in the bank already.

Awesome win in the OT. We won them as we expected, with the small guys. Their PF and C shut our tall mens down completely, i scored a freaking 1 point and more or the less the same for the other PF's/C.
