Another Kindle Book Sale (History Buffs)
If you're a history buff, and like WWII, Winston Churchill's monumental accounts of World War II is on sale for $1.99 each today. There are six volumes, for a total of about $12. Look under Kindle Daily Deal at Amazon. It's quite a bargain.

how do you find this stuff? I check the cheap books every couple months and rarely find anything interesting...

I subscribe to the Kindle Daily Deal email. I buy maybe one or two a month. I've wanted to read these, but they were 8.99 each, which is kind of expensive for a whole set. But at $1.99 each, I jumped on them.

For history buffs again, David Halberstam's "The Fifties" is one of the daily deals at $1.99.

If you go to the Kindle e-books main/home page, you should see an option in the top right corner for subscribing to the Daily Deal email.
