iphone 5 email help
I have an email account through my service provider, insight. I'm getting emails on my iphone, but if I do, they're not going into the email on my mac, neither apple mail or outlook. Any idea what setting I need to change on either device?

That's strange. It COULD be a setting at insight... But on the iPhone5: Settings: Mail, Contacts, Calendar: insight email account Down at the bottom: Advanced. What's "Delete from server" set to? On mine iphone5, mine are all set to "never". Hope that helps. |

Yeah, I have mine set to "never" as well. I swear it was working fine, and now it's not.

Contacted Apple, they recommended I change the above setting to "7 days". I did so, and it fixed it right away.
