Have to put Minecraft and Rollercoaster Tycoon on the list. I know Banished was made by one person and I believe Papers Please was as well. I guess that'd be my 4 but I'm not all the knowledgeable in who made what.

I don't know enough games that had a single designer to name four definitively but I believe Stardew Valley was developed by one guy and it's a heck of fun game.

My personal list based purely on playtime would easily include Front Office Football, Ancient Domains of Mystery, and Tales of Maj'Eyal....but I dunno what to put in that 4th spot.

Was OOTP just Marcus at first? I'd have that on the list along with FOF too. Guess the only issue with those is a limited market.

Rollercoaster Tycoon would fit under the single designer, though Chris Sawyer didn't do the art or music. I believe Tetris would qualify, and that's the only game I know would be in the top 4.
