We play one of the best games of our season vs Arsenal tottaly dominating them and winning 2-0

but then when we think we can get a euro cup spot, we drop 2 turds in a row

Sunderland, a rival destroys us at home 0-4

then we lose @ Watford 1-2

we win 2-1 and finish 8th. unfortunately all those lost points on bad teams killed my chance for a Euro finish

start of offseason.

Everton immediately makes an offer for RB Talbot. i ask for 5.5 million. he was bought by my head of youth development a few seasons ago for 450k and hes a good solid PL lvl RB. but hes entering his final season and i need to balance salaries and cant afford to resign him when hes no better than my other RB. so im selling him and trying to buy an AMerican RB. he will be cheaper on the transfer fee and salary and might have more upside.

clubs are coming in to offer loans for youngster Fotheringham. hes a 4.5 star youth star from last seasons intake. he played good in the 4 games last season for me, but he wont get any games this year because several young fowards higher up will be in the 1st team this season. so out on loan he will go once all the loan offers come in

My AMR was my worst position last season, i started to train Ferrer to that spot because hes most capable of playing there, im also getting back polish youngster Kapiec whos imporved a lot last season. im letting both RW Medaglia and Andreoli go for free.

my HoYD bought another 16yo mc, a welshman from L2 Wrexham named Meeks. several other big PL clubs were after him but for some reason he choose me. maybe he knows i like to play youngsters

well something i thought id never do just happened, i sold Osbourne. hes been with my club for 214 games and scored 113 goal, but his last 2 seasons have been his worst and hes one of might highest paid players. plus hes no longer the best striker at my club... and i have 3 young wonderkids in the making coming thru the ranks so he became expendable. now i never would have activly tried to dump him, i wanted him to be a Cumbrian for life, but QPR made a solid offer for him, and due to the situations i mentioned above i said yes. heres how he looks right now

more transfer happenings

first a Russian club comes and makes a 1.3 million offer for GK Audero. i picked him up for a free a few seasons ago, and he isnt any better than what i can find for free and didnt have a good year last season so i take it. i sign a Dane GK that was free that ive been eyeing for seasons. he isnt better than Audero but hes a cheap salary and good enough to fill in.

Liverpool made an Enquiry into my best centerback Stonebridge, i wasnt planning on selling him until i noticed reserve dc Mellburg had tons of untapped Potential and grew a lot last season and is ready for the 1st team, also Aussie CB Christ is almost as good as Stone right now. so i set the price at 8 million and Pool accept. Stone had a great season for me but hes maxed out and my 2 younger CB's need PT and both have potential to be better. bought Stone for 5 mill and will sell him for 8 mill

my star LW Ortega has told me he wants to move to a bigger club. asshole wants to dump me does he! well hes locked up for 3 more seasons, someones going to have to pay to get him!

my coaching staff found a RB that can replace Talbott. hes french and hes free, looks good and couldnt break thru the PSG 1st team. they are filthy rich and can afford the best. but hes played a lot on loan. so i might not get that American RB after all, since his owners are being tools about his price tag

hes a brazilian with a german 2nd nationality. i scouted the brazilian u19 because i wasnt pleased with the guys my SA scout was turning up. most of them didnt want anything to do with me, but Ivans contract was running out and he had stud written all over him. got him for free but had to wait until January to sign him. scouts think he has the ability to become world class

im playing him on the AMR. in 2(1) games he already has 4 goals from the wing

got some bad news form my team. lifer MC McCann is being stalked by uber rich Monaco. i rebuffed 1 offer from them, but they come back and make a bigger offer. McCann says he wants to talk to them and i accept. i try to offer him a new contract (its up in 1 yr) but he wants a massive pay increase (3.1 mill) but thats far more than i want to pay him. i have depth there and 2 or 3 solid youngster coming up soon so i think ill let him walk.

i sold Drugge for 2.3 million, but lost out on the best young keeper that was interested in coming to me to a russian club. so im looking at a developed Argentine Keeper who should be a good keeper

im well aware of my "Euro season struggles" that happens to my EPL form my 1st season im in any euro competition. it happens every game. i usually struggle early and finish 7-11 in the next season. im hoping it doesnt happen this time around

well the older the player the more developed they are. my front 4 attacking positions are very young, 7 out of 10 are 21 or younger. only 6 of 23 1st teamers are 25 or older, 2 of them keepers
