Space Jam is a good one, Michael's first and best time owning and managing a team.

Those two are the top ones by far. There are other movies that touch on the front office side of things, but more in passing than anything else.

Define sports "management" as opposed to a normal sports film?

movies that deal mainly with the front office side of things, instead of being on the field
Moneyball - building a winning baseball team on a shoestring budget Draft Day - basically a look at what goes on in a team leading up to the draft |

Mike Bassett: England Manager is a nice gem.
Satirical comedic take, but it's really good.

That is one helluva first ever post. Necroing a 2+yr old thread with a small post and no pitch? Getting harder and harder to spot every day. I don't know. I think we're getting close to that line now.
