Bast Moulke (2-0) faces an unknown local fighter in a small European show as part of the prelims. He is still trying to get himself noticed by any company.

Moulke manages to get the fighter into the clinch and powers him against the cage. Moulke lands a good right while dirty boxing. Moulke continues to dominate with the dirty boxing as the local fighter can't get away from the cage. The round ends, while not exciting Moulke imposed his will out there.

More of the same in the second round as Moulke gets the local fighter against the cage again. The crowd is not happy with this style. Moulke lands several good shots from in close with dirty boxing and controls the entire round against the cage again as the round ends. He is in control of the fight but the crowd wants more action.

Moulke goes right into the clinch to start the third round, this time he goes for a takedown and he ends up in side control. The crowd is happy to see something other than two fighters pressed against the cage. Moulke lands a couple body shots and then transitions to full mount. Moulke lands several hard shots, the local fighter turns to get away but gives up his back. Moulke lands a couple bombs to the side of the head and gets both hooks in. Moulke continue to pound away and the ref jumps in to stop the fight.

The winner by TKO at 2:21 of the third round is Bast Moulke.

Agustin Ribeiro has been booked to face Elzo Alves Moura at FLB: Filho vs. Maciel. Moura is 13-3 and ranked #2 among heavyweights in the FLB. Ribeiro is only ranked 18th in the FLB and is an underdog.

The fight will take place on the first Saturday of March, The fight will be mart off the main card.

Signature Martial Arts (sigma) has approached Ivan Svoboda. SIGMA is the 3rd rated company in the world and is based out of Germany.

Hamalainen has already signed with SIGMA. This would put two of our fighters in the same company.

ALPHA-1: Silva vs. Chua

Mitsou Akutagawa will be fighting on the main card as he fights Seiji Nakano.

Fighting out of the blue corner, from Osaka, Japan a kick boxer with a professional record of 1-0 Mitsou Akutagawa. He will be facing, in the red corner, fighting out of Tokyo, Japan a kick boxer with a professional record of 1-0, Seiji Nakano.

Akutagawa tries to come out quickly but misses with a jab and tries to follow with a head kick but misses. Nakano counters with a jab and a right hook that both land. Akutagawa lands a big right hand. Both fighters are having trouble landing their kicks, though their initial jabs are landing. Akutagawa lands two jabs and follows with a nice kick to the body. Akutagawa lands a jab and a right cross. Nakano lands a jab but misses with the head kick.

Akutagawa lands a left jab and a kick to the body. Nakano lands a left jab and a spinning back kick. Nakano lands a head kick. Akutagawa is stunned and drops to the mat. Nakano jumps on top and begins to fire punches. He lands a big right that snaps his head back. HE continues to throw but Akutagawa covers up and is still defending himself. Nakano is tiring a bit and he finally backs off and allows Akutagawa back to his feet. Nakano is not comfortable on the ground.

They come together and Akutagawa lands a left hook, Nakano misses with a counter. Akutagawa lands a roundhouse head kick but it doesn't seem to effect Nakano, he keeps moving forward.

As he comes forward he walks into a straight right that wobbles him backwards. Akutagawa jumps forward with a superman punch that lands square on the jaw and drops Nakano. Akutagawa jumps on the advantage and begins to fire punches at the downed Nakano. He lands several bug shots. Finally the ref steps in and stops it. Akutagawa weathered the storm and took advantage of the worn out Nakano.

The winner by TKO at 5:32 of the first round "The Supreme" Mitsou Akutagawa. He is now 2-0 as a professional.

Chen Hou is fighting in a prelim in a small Asian show in Western Asia. He is fighting a local fighter. Hou comes into the fight with a professional record of 2-0.

The local fighter tries to come out quickly but is off the mark. Hou lands a counter jab and a hard straight right finds its mark. Hou lands another left and a hard right. The two try to exchange but nothing big lands. Hou lands another jab and then a right hook staggers the local fighter. Hou follows up with another bit right hook and down goes the local fighter. Hou tries to end it as he jumps on the local fighter and fires down punches. The ref has seen enough and stops the fight.

The winner by TKO at 2:49 of the 1st round is Chen Hou.

FLB: Filho vs. Maciel

Agustin Ribeiro is fighting in the main card and faces Elzo Alves Moura on the main card. Ribiero is a big underdog in this one. A chance to make a name for himself.

Fighting out of the blue corner with a professional record of 2-0, from San Paulo Brazil Agustin "The Boilermaker" Ribeiro. His opponent, fighting out of Salvador, Brazil, from Team House of Pain, with a professional record of 13-3, he is the former FLB Heavyweight Champion, Elzo Alves Moura.

Moura lands a left jab and right cross. Ribeiro misses with a counter. Again Moura lands a jab and cross with Ribeiro missing the counter. As they try to trade the pattern continues. Ribeiro seems to be telegraphing his punches. Moura lands a pair of jabs and a hard right to the body. Ribeiro still is unable to land anything of consequence. Moura loads up and misses a right, Ribeiro takes advantage and lands a jab and a cross, his first real offense.

We pass the halfway point of the round and it reverts to how it began with Moura landing his punches and Riberio unable to connect. The first round ends with Moura clearly in control as Ribeiro tries to clinch late but is thrown back and hammered with a right. That round clearly goes to Moura.

The second round starts with Moura coming out quickly but Ribeiro avoids the flurry and counters with a right. Moura backs him up with a jab but a wild right comes up empty. More of the same with Moura landing and Ribeiro unable to land on anything that he initiates but is landing more counters.

We pass the halfway point of the round. Ribeiro throws a big uppercut but misses. Moura counters with a big hook that lands squarely on Ribeiro's jaw. That looks like it injured Ribeiro and may have broken his jaw. Ribeiro stumbles to the mat after that shot. Moura jumps on top and fires shots but Ribeiro covers up with only a couple getting through. Moura is slowing a bit with his punches as he tries to smother Ribeiro. Moura has side control and lands some body punches as he tries to catch his breath. The round ends with Moura clearly in control and Ribeiro hurt.

Ribeiro knows he needs round three and comes out quickly but misses a big shot that is countered with a right uppercut that drops Ribeiro. Moura is quick to jump on top and starts firing bombs down on Ribeiro. Ribeiro somehow manages to cover up and block many of the shots but he give up his arm. Moura has the arm and tries to lock in an armbar. Ribeiro fights off the attempt but is unable to transition to guard. Moura throws a couple weak punches as he may be out of gas. Ribeiro transitions to half guard. Ribeiro is unable to transition to full guard but Moura is not landing anything that could do damage. Ribeiro manages to transition to guard. We reach the final minute of the fight. Ribeiro tries to grab and arm but Moura blocks the attempt. The fight ends with a tired Moura on top of an injured Ribeiro.

All three judges score the fight 30-27 for the winner by unanimous decision Elzo Alves Moura. Ribeiro drops to 2-1 with his first loss but showed heart and may have gained some fans.

Cheng Chu will be fighting a local fighter in a small local Asian show in southern Asia as a prelim.

Chu starts the round with a front leg kick, the local fighter misses with a jab and a right. Chu lands a roundhouse kick to the body. Chu lands a jab and a kick to the leg. He seems in control of the fight early. Chu lands another job and leg kick. We pass the halfway point of the round and both fighters exchange without much damage. Chu lands another jab followed by a leg kick. Chu lands a clean right hook just as the round ends.

Chu starts off the second round landing a clean straight right, the local fighter misses with his counter. Chu lands another jab and leg kick combination, you can see the local fighter flinch on that leg kick; they are taking their toll. Chu lands a left and a straight right. That right dazed the local fighter as he stumbles backwards. Chu comes forward with a big right hook that drops the local fighter. Chu jumps down and starts landing bombs on the local fighter. One more connects and the local fighter looks like he is out as the ref jumps in to stop the fight.

The winner by knockout at 1:28 of the 2nd round, Cheng Chu. HE has improved to 3-0 as a professional.

Ivan Svoboda has been booked. He will fight in SIGMA: Kurri vs. Mickiewicz in Germany which will be held on the 3rd Saturday of May.

He will be fighting Vladimir "The Impaler" Baskov, a submission fighter from Yekaterinburg, Russia with a professional record of 7-3. The fight will be on the main card for the evening. Baskov is the 12th ranked lightweight in SIGMA.

Ryan Beeker is fighting a local fighter in a small market American show in Ohio. The fight in on the preliminary card.

The two fighters come together and Beeker pulls the local fighter into a clinch. He lands a few shots to the side of the local fighters head wile dirty boxing in the clinch. Beeker has the local fighter stuck against the cage. HE smothers him against the cage and is successful with his dirty boxing. The two wrestle for position and eventually the ref pulls them back to the middle of the cage. They come together again and Beeker gets underhooks in and takes him down. The local fighter pulls guard. Beeker passes to side control. HE fires a few punches but the local fighter blocks them with his gloves. The round ends with Beeker in side control.

Round two starts out like the first round. Beeker gets the local fighter in the clinch and seems to have the upper hand. Beeker lands a knee to the body while in the clinch. Beeker lands punches as he uses dirty boxing in the clinch. Beeker wrestles him back up against the cage. Beeker continues to press the local righter against the case and occasionally lands a couple shots. The ref has seen enough and brings them back to the middle of the cage again. Beeker goes right back to the clinch and pins the local fighter against the cage. The round ends with Beeker in control. The crowd is not really happy about the fight so far.

The thirds round starts out with more grappling. Beeker lands a couple punches and a knee to the body from the clinch. Beeker picks up the local fighter and slams him down for a takedown. HE gains side control. Beeker lands a couple body punches as he tries to catch his breath. Beeker transitions to mount. HE begins to pound away on the local fighter, it looks like the local fighter has nothing left in the tank and can't defend. The ref hasn't stepped in yet but the local fighter taps from the punishment.

The winner by submission due to strikes as 2:04 of the 3rd round, "The All American" Ryan Beeker. He improves his professional record to 2-0.

In the blue corner, with a professional record of 2-0 , fighting out of Croatia... Ivan Svoboda. Fighting out of the red corner, with a professional record of 7-3, from Yekaerinburg, Russia... Vladimir "The Impaler" Baskov.

Svoboda lands a jab but Baskov counters with a left and a right cross. Baskov lands a jab and a straight right. Svoboda is trying to get in close to grapple. Baskov lands a jab and a right to keep him at distance. Svoboda lands a pair of jabs. Baskov lands a left and a hard straight right. Another jab from Baskov and then a punishing right hook. Svoboda is throwing tentatively and not doing any damage. Baskov lands a jab and then another right cross. Another left right combination from Baskov, Svoboda throws a jab to try to break it up. Baskov lands a jab and tries to throw a big right but misses. For the remainder of the round Baskov can only land jabs and Svoboda evades the big rights. Baskov wins that round decisively in my book.

Round two starts out with Baskov connecting with a straight right. Baskov lands a left and a hard right. Svoboda lands a weak jab. Baskov answers with a jab and a hard right. That pattern continues for the next minute, weak jab answered by a stiff jab and hard right. Svoboda comes forward to grapple but eeats a couple strikes on the way in. He manages to get ahold of Baskov. Svoboda pins Baskov against the cage. HE manages to trip Baskov to the ground. Baskov tries to scramble out and gives up his back. Svoboda locks in a body triangle to control him. Svoboda slips his arm under Baskov's chin, he is locking in a rear naked choke. IT is deep and Baskov has to tap, incredible come back by Svoboda as he weathered a beating.

The winner by submission due to rear naked choke at 4:03 of the 2nd round is Ivan Svoboda.

Derrick Martinez will be fighting on the main card of a small market local American show taking place in New Hampshire. He will be fighting a local fighter.

Martinez comes out quick with a left jab and a strong straight right. Martinez side steps an uppercut by the local fighter and counters with a left and a powerful straight right that knocks the local fighter to the canvas. Martinez jump on top and starts firing hard shots down at the local fighter. The fighter looks rocked but the ref has not stepped in. Martinez tries an arm triangle. He gets the arm triangle and the local fighter taps out.

The winner by submission due to an arm triangle at 1:26 of the first round, "Avalanche" Derrick Martinez.



In other news: The XCC has folded. This leaves Zachary Dooey without a contract.

Michael Townsend has completed his drug suspension, now he needs to repair the damage to his name.


Mitsou Akutagawa has been booked for his next fight. He will face Tomoji Takaoda at ALPHA-1's Warriors of the Ring 5. This will take place on the 2nd Saturday in September of 2002. The fight will be part of the main card. Takaoda has a 5-2 record as a professional. Akutagawa is the 1th ranked Super Heavyweight in ALPHA-1.

Zachary Dooey will fight an unknown local fighter in a small American local show taking place in Kentucky. They will be the co main event.

Zachary "Diesel" Dooey will look to improve his 1-1 record.

The first round starts and Dooey heads straight for the local fighter, through several punches, to get him into a clinch. He muscles the fighter up against the cage. An inside leg trip gets Dooey the takedown and he ends up in half guard. He easily transitions into a mount. Dooey grabs the fighter's arm and locks in an arm bar and the fighter taps.

Zachary "Deisel" Dooey wins by tapout due to an arm bar at 1:57 of the first round.

Chu easily dodges the local fighter's punches and lands a stiff jab and a clean straight right. The fighters exchange punches in the center of the cage but nothing does much damage. Chu switches to southpaw and doges a right and follows with a counter jab and lands a clean left cross that drops the fighter to the floor, he is out. The ref jumps in and stops the fight.

Cheng Chu wins by way of knockout at 3:17 of the first round.

Bast Moulke wins by submission due to an arm triangle at 1:45 of the first round.

Paul Goodfellow has been booked. He will fight Heath Kaladaris at BCF: O'Brien vs. Bellof. The fight will take place in the first week of September. Kaladaris is 6-0 and is the #12 middleweight in the BCF. Goodfellow is 1-0 and #14.
