I think the first one is actually the base game and the DLC together. I should have typed it as & between them.

Tyranny is an interesting RPG where evil has overtaken the world and you are an enforcer with lots of morality choices. Fallen Enchantress is an OK 4x'er from the makers of Galactic Civilization
