Switch FOOL Compensation?

Most everyone here knows the deal with using the FOOLX compensation rules so I won't go through explaining it again. Should we use the same compensation rules in FOOL now as well?

All i ask is that if we do change, we have at least a full seasons notice as offers to potenials fa's would be different if they arent a type a.

We'll play the 2199 season and the 2200 season as is. So FA after 2200 will then be under the new rules. Does that sound ok?
