Is there a lawyer in the house?

I'm trying to arrange a power of attorney for my mother. Has anyone used any of the online sites for legal documents, or have a suggestion as to one that is reputable? I've looked around a little bit but I don't have much of an idea about which one to use.

What are you trying to do?

Powers of attorney can be simple documents (or they can be very complex). Is it simply for a single transaction, for a limited period of time or are you trying to set up something more broad, like a durable power of attorney for protection in case of incapacity?
