Can't believe my luck. 23/25 through Week 1 as a 65% player.

Week 2 regression to mean...
Day 7: 4(2)
Day 8: 4(3)
Day 9: 2(2)

Extremely lucky that performance is good enough for draw-win-draw in L2. Day 9 was against second place, so that was an unconvincing clinch of the "regular-season" title.

Going to be playing for the Deildin Five title and 2 level promotion. Me and the other guy were the only 50%+ players in the league. I went 7-1-1, and hopefully can pull a win out tomorrow. Been a solid 60% player thus far.

I'll be firmly in the bottom league. I had a couple close calls that should have been wins but turned into losses. I ended in eighth in the Junior league.

Won the title baby, going up 2 levels.

Got question 2, and it was marked as the HR. Gonna get 6(2), and opponent has just one ungraded question and can only get a max of 4(2).

IS it still possible to get into this? it sounds interesting and would give me something to do during work hours when I get bored.

Finished 1st in the regular season of Ragnarok L2, faced Aaron K. for the title (drew against him earlier), and lost.

Wanna know how my Fortnight 8 went, by chance?

I won my 5 v 6 Juniors (2-0) final so I'm headed up to Serie 3.

It takes some time off between Fortnights, so we can post again when it gets close

I believe he is opening up invitations Monday or Tuesday due to Memorial Day, but we can make sure something is posted here for all new interested parties.

As he keeps adding leagues, I'm wondering if there is a merger coming to make the top leagues bigger and more important. How many conferences before the significance of winning the league becomes less important?

0-for-10 on the Meisterschaft, so that was sweet

Probably should've gotten at least 2 of them, but I didn't.

How did it go? Was it live? Did you have a time limit?

It was a moderator verbally asking just me questions. 90 second time limit on 10 questions, had a total of 20 minutes blocked out to do it, probably took 10 because I gave up quickly on most of them.

1 question per category. I could've gotten 2 of them maybe. The guy was super nice about it. He said they were playing tough across all people so far.

I had to screen share and have my hands visible for no cheating.

I got 4/10 right on the form from the email today. Surprised you didn't get any, with your percentage being quite high compared to mine. But I had the luxury of no pressure and just doing it for fun. The clock and the guy looking at you must add a level of pressure for sure.

I think the time pressure was tough. But I definitely should've gotten at least 2 of them. I don't remember all the questions even at this point, but the 1B gold glove question and the sacks question I should've gotten for sure. I also feel like I could've gotten the women's hockey question with a period of thinking, because I for sure knew one of them.

Oh well! Still getting promoted so it's all good

Yep, I posted that as I opened the google form in a new tab. Then I proceeded to close that tab after viewing the questions. Sheesh.

Matchup history looks awesome!

I am in Endtimes - Deildin Five, competing against my brother for the second time. The only stakes that matter.

Aight, I got beef with an answer judgment LOL

"She hit the Buzzer" is LITERALLY the definition of completing the course in American Ninja Warrior. The commentators at the time (yes I was watching) literally used that phrase.

I think I should get credit for that one LOL

And I just had a helluva matchup with my co-leader. I think I got him 8-6 but will have to wait for the full results.

I found today to be really difficult, but I am playing someone 0-7-1 so hopefully he goes scoreless. By a stroke of luck I am 5-3... I think I had 3 matchups in a row where my opponent went 0fer.

I put "Won American Warrior" because I didn't remember the exact name. Not only did I get the name of the show wrong, she also didn't win. But I got credit for a correct answer.

I'm getting promoted to Four Divisie. I spend most of my time in Dieldin Five, but I have a coffee cup every few seasons in Four Divisie. Not sure what the soccer equivalent of that is but I'm sure there's one haha.

edit

Completely had it backward. I will be spending my fifth season in Four Divisie, this was only my second go of being in Dieldin Five. So I'm like a bottom feeder team that sometimes has to go down a level before going back up.

Well I am definitely humbled. My database brain utterly blanked on multiple questions I knew but just couldn't pull the names up for. I feel really dumb right now.

I get the point that overall they're trying to keep it honest but frankly, its too subjective. None of the accused can argue someone's opinion. If I believe person A is cheating, Person A is probably never going to convince me otherwise. Its all circumstantial and personal bias.

Its great that they're trying. Just kind of insulting when you're one of the wrongfully accused. I mean, whats the point?
