I am adding that I have lost 13 pounds in the last two weeks. I have been doing the cross training fitness machine for 20 minutes every weekday. I am about to increase that to 30. I am not quite down under 200 yet, but hope to get there soon. I have also cut back on my calorie intake significantly.

By the way, I like working out your wife as well.

Well, she said she had to come back to me to get the proper cardio workout she was looking for....she likes marathons not sprints

Anyways, I am down 5 more pounds sitting at 195...thats from 215 to 195 in 2 1/2 weeks.

I have to say, I have felt the best ever now...and I am excited to try and hit my target weight of 185...

Dennis, here is an article that you will find very interesting.

hxxp://www.abcbodybuilding.com/hiit_aerobics.php

It's about High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), the same type of training you seem to be practicing. I have done it in the past and it works very well especially when you are in a "cutting" phase of your workout plan.

Week 3

Weight: 216.0 lbs (+1.5)

Week 4

Weight: 212.5 lbs (-2.0)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sorry for the lack of updates. I've been busy with school and work, so I haven't had much time to do things like update this.

As you can see, I have finally started going down in weight. I've been very strict on my diet plan and exercise routine. I have been keeping my calorie intake at around 1700-1800 a day with a 2 mile walk. Basically, I have been staying on a narrow road to 200 lbs.

I'll start doing my updates on Sundays since I have the most free time on those days. Thanks to all my supporters.

Nice job duckman!

Make sure to reward yourself after any kind of mini-loss (like 10 lbs) to keep you motivated.

I hope you don't mind duckman if I continue to post in here.

I am down to 190, a total of 25 pounds lost in 3 1/2 weeks.

Honestly, I owe the strength to stay on the diet and my workouts to the wife. Work has interupted some of my workouts, but I am at least getting to the gym 3 times a week...but I try my damndest to make it 5 days....

But the shake diet is what is doing it for me.

10 more pounds and I get to the weight I was at on my wedding day.

I am truly frightened to get on the scale now that I'm back from the honeymoon. I ate like a king while I was away...and now it's time to pay for it.

Joy...

I don't mind at all. In fact, it has kept me motivated to see your results that I can get back down to the weight I want to be. Thanks for sharing your experience.

No problem...rough weekend, added a couple of pounds, nothing that won't be gone by the end of the weel.
